Apericena superlativo! Bellissima serata con un apericena favoloso accompagnato da 2 Spritz, affettati salumi e formaggi freschi e di alta qualità, rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottima. Cameriera simpatica e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Torneremo sicuramente!!

07/02/2024: Clean and welcoming family-run hotel. The rooms, not very large, can be reached by crossing external "cloisters" with exposed work utensils from times gone by. Restaurant with a "spectacular" room where you can eat very well! Outdoor swimming pool and very close to Iglesias. I recommend it for any type of stay!
06/01/2024: The Sillabario was a two-night stop on a motorcycle touring in the third ten days of September last year. . I just want to state that we were treated by the owners as if we were family. An experience of interpersonal relationships, accommodation and cuisine in particular, which is positively engaging. We left with great regret and nostalgia. I hope to see Salvatore and his wife again in the near future.

Brewpub - Bunker

10/09/2023: Local overlooking the central Piazza Repubblica. It is a pub that serves craft beers from the brewery of the same name. The menu mainly features hamburger sandwiches (different combinations with vegetables and sauces), dishes consisting of meat and vegetables and excellent fresh fries. The choice of craft beers is quite wide and satisfies all palates: lager, stout, weiss, IPA, etc. Possibility to taste a selection of their 5 beers at a cost of €10. On weekends it is often crowded but with a fast turnover of customers. However, booking is recommended. Fast, courteous but sometimes inattentive service. They also do takeaway. Absolutely honest prices.
08/09/2023: The people of Carloforte are unpleasant but the sandwiches are exceptional
