Splendid location, very quiet place, practically new and very clean rooms. Staff with unique availability and sensitivity. Truly enjoyed my stay. To be recommended and to return.

I can't judge the rooms as I used them as a pizza restaurant. Fabulous location, very well kept and obsessive attention to detail. The place is amazing! The cuisine is no less...pizzas, starters, desserts, all excellent. Served with great professionalism. I really recommend it both for an evening with friends or for an anniversary or for a romantic dinner. Well done!

Dinner on 31/12, overnight stay and à la carte lunch on 01/01 What can I say... Impeccable service, attentive and willing to satisfy the needs of adults and children (even during dinner despite the frenetic pace) Excellent food Prices are honest and adequate for the quality dishes Excellent wines Wonderful outdoor location Very nice, clean and well-kept rooms Rich breakfast They thought of everything and we were welcomed with great professionalism It was a pleasure See you soon (Shout out to Penny 😂...)

Had lunch on Christmas day. Very appetizing and well presented dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth trying for a dinner, without the inevitable Christmas confusion. Advised.

Sono stato in questa struttura situata nelle colline umbre... panorama stupendo e ristorantino io e te veramente eccezionale sia il cibo che l atmosfera, naturalmente ho anche pernottato nella camera adiacente al ristorante tutto perfetto grazie di cuore

03/03/2024: Very seasoned and large pizzas, shame about the dough being more similar to piadina than to a pizza, it remained "clumped up", undercooked and not crumbly, we had difficulty digestion. Too bad because the seasoning was excellent. The Umbrian fork starter is highly recommended, plentiful. Four of you can eat there! Very good desserts. Excellent chocolate cake. Very good value for money. Fast and friendly staff.
29/02/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante ritornando da Roma, logisticamente strategico (solo 2min dalla SS3bis). Abbiamo ordinato un primo e un secondo tipico umbro, siamo rimasti deliziati! Unbriacelli da chef stellato e faraona indimenticabile! Locale gestito da ragazzi giovani, belli e soprattutto simpatici! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
