Very kind owner and staff, very nice location, excellent quality products... the broad bean puree with octopus was amazing not to mention the orecchiette with stracciata and cherry tomatoes. Exceptional selections of dairy products, the most delicate burrata. Sincere congratulations

How wonderful, every now and then we come back to this wonderful place. Typical cuisine always at the top, impeccable dishes, whatever you eat is a surefire hit. Everyone is wonderful

MEGLIO DI CASA! Piccolo, accogliente e tutto buonissimo a prezzi assolutamente giusti. Eravamo in due e abbiamo optato per un pranzo "alternativo" fatto di: - una purea di fave con verdure di stagione ripassate in padella - un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali. Passate da qui se siete ad Ostuni. Non vi pentirete.

Warm welcome and authentic cuisine, we enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant is hidden at the back of the Salumeria, there are few seats so don't hesitate.

Five stars are too few for this place, a small but very characteristic and typical Apulian place, the food is something heavenly, the broad beans with octopus in the pignata are something exceptional, I have never tasted such tender octopus and not at all stringy, we will return definitely ☺️

La vera cucina casalinga si qualita', in un ambiente semplice e curato. Servizio attento e accogliente. Peccato sia aperto solo a pranzo... Da provare se siete ad Ostuni! Complimenti!

Buonissima! Coperto and the braciole con Polpette. We wandered into this amazing deli/restaurant and were so excited! The braciole, meatballs, the olive bread and the Prosecco were fantastic! The service as well! One of my favorite meals in our 3 weeks in italy! a must of the main drag in Ostuni!

Dopo 6 settimane di permanenza ad Ostuni e svariati pranzi in questo ristorantino, ritengo che abbia il miglior rapporto qualità / prezzo in assoluto. Inizialmente non avevo capito che fosse un ristorante visto che davanti c'è una salumeria, con ottimi prodotti che ho provato diverse volte visto che la casa che ho affittato è molto vicina. Quindi definire questo posto turistico, come ho letto, è quanto mai fuori luogo visto che fai pure fatica a capire che sia anche un ristorante. Poi incuriosito dal notevole movimento di gente, ho cominciato a prendere sia piatti d'asporto che presentarmi per pranzo, da solo o in coppia. Tutto quello che ho provato qui si è rivelato il migliore del genere, ovvero la cucina tipica e semplice Pugliese come orecchiette con stracciatella o cime di rapa, braciole e polpette, riso patate e cozze, strascinate con le vongole, etc. Il locale è piccolo e semplice, la signora Maria semplicemente fantastica sia come cuoca ma anche come persona, di una sincera e totale simpatia, mi consiglia spesso piatti speciali fuori menu: un giorno mi fa "ho fatto il polpo alla pignata ... oggi è da sparatoria !!!", ovviamente buonissimo, un altra volta mi ha detto "guarda che domani faccio la trippa, è una bomba !!!", presa d'asporto, non buona ma strepitosa ... Considerando che i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli nonostante una qualità elevatissima, anche per l'utilizzo di ingredienti top class che vendono in salumeria, in un posto estremamente turistico come Ostuni dove la "sola" è sempre dietro l'angolo, non posso che consigliare vivamente di fermarsi a pranzo qui.
