Pleasant surprise a few km from Canosa. Cuisine that lives up to expectations, beautiful location, helpful and discreet staff, the icing on the cake is baked goods that can be purchased on site, both sweet and savory, worth trying!!!

A wonderful discovery, none of our table had ever been to this beautiful location. Despite the cloudy weather, the welcome, cleanliness and excellent food made us have a very pleasant time. Congratulations to the staff and owners we will definitely be back.

Capitati per caso nel ristorante, abbiamo trovato un'ottima accoglienza, un vasto assortimento di prodotti del territorio e una cucina in generale davvero ottima. Anche i prezzi sono più che adeguati all'offerta.

Uno di quei posti che ti rimane nel cuore! Elegante, immerso nel verde, personale estremamente gentile e mai un passo falso! Ogni piatto, una piacevole scoperta! E poi, la selezione di vini? Vogliamo parlarne? Tutto veramente perfetto! Complimenti!

Posto accogliente situato nel verde curato e piacevole alla vista dalle grandi vetrate che affacciano dal ristorante...Mauro il titolare, una persona attenta e premurosa che ama il suo lavoro e mette a proprio agio i suoi ospiti. ..cibo ottimo...pulizia e qualità!!!

Che dire località ben curata nel dettaglio locale pulito e personale competente, per non parlare del cibo, sono stato più di una volta in questo locale e non sono stato mai deluso. Proprietario cordiale e gentile che ama fortemente il suo lavoro. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. SUPER CONSIGLIATO

01/04/2024: For an Easter Monday dedicated to nature and relaxation we chose this rural and rustic place to spend a peaceful day. The fixed menu for the day at a cost of 50 euros included this which I will now list. As an appetizer there was a mix with an exquisite raw ham, a carpaccio of bresaola, rocket and parmesan, the truly excellent buffalo morsel, the aubergine with tomato and baked mozzarella, the typical hot Easter pie, all really delicious. First, the ravioli with buffalo ricotta and truffle sauce, all balanced in flavor and quite delicate, then the cavatelli with cherry tomatoes, bacon, rocket and parmesan, an explosion of flavour! As a second course we took the pork loin roll stuffed with bacon and provola cheese (too dry to my taste and I didn't really like the combination). Finally, the veal entrecote cooked to perfection and of high quality. The baked potatoes are excellent. The desserts to finish were also good and the service was correct, fast and friendly.
