We were guests at Glam in April 2022. A beautiful journey from start to finish. Palazzo Venart is unique. From the moment you open the gate and cross the colorful private garden. You truly have the feeling of stepping back in time to the lush Venice of the 16th century. Space dishes with some peaks that punch the brain and the gustatory/visual and olfactory system. They are paintings from today's century.

Imagine when your nine year who looks up from his grilled seabass and says “if this is not a three star restaurant, I don’t know what is”. Wonderful service from everyone including the sommelier. We had the dégustation menu and the Mark. just fish (and fries ). A wonderfully taste rather unique and special. The wine pairing introduced us to a taste also unlike the regular. The chef is shy and took some coaxing before he appeared so we could applaud his skill. Oh ! A touch of service , they didn’t charge Mark for his “three star” grilled fish ! Do reserve early as there are like only eight tables.

I went with my partner on December 27 for a celebration and it was a spectacle from start to finish of the long tasting menu! An explosion of flavors and textures on our palate! And they had a detail when they knew that it was a celebration. The sommelier is a great professional, the only "but" was that most of the waiters did not know how to speak Spanish (except the sommelier), everything else was great! Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience, inventive cuisine, touches each more original than the last. A restaurant with two well-deserved macaroons. A culinary experience unlike any other, from surprise to surprise, managed by a discreet but very efficient team who takes great care of its guests. I recommend without hesitation to gourmets who are a little jaded by dishes that have already been seen and reviewed and are too conformist. Menu at 220€ of course, but the value for money is really up to par.

Charming staff, excellent service and superb and imaginative food that makes the most of products from the lagoon. Spaghetti with little almost raw lagoon shrimps was by far the best pasts of the trip and a standout dish. We ate here several years ago, it was superb and the cooking remains exceptional. Two stars from Michelin are well deserved and three should be on the horizon soon.

Glam is not simply dinner. It is an experience. The service was impeccable, and while the staff had to be formal and pretentious with some of the guests, they adapted and showed a sense of humor and had a lovely conversation with me. The food was, at times, indescribable in the best possible way. I have never had such combinations. Each dish was so beautiful and truly a work of art. Extraordinary wine recommended by Octavio for each part of the meal. I was there for 3 hours with no pause in service. I suggest not eating much on the day you go! Extraordinary and wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.
