Great dining experience with perfect service in a fantastic setting. The restaurant is located in a characteristic location. The service is attentive and competent. The tasting menu was a fabulous experience (We thank the chef who "gave" us a couple of dishes). The delicious desserts.

It's not the first starred restaurant I've frequented, I have to say that this one surpasses all the others. It is impossible to describe all the sensorial emotions felt in each dish. Great Esposito, congratulations. March 2024 confirms the quality, taste, refinement and originality of the dishes. Too bad you're far away.

We are at the highest levels of catering. Impeccable service, exceptional dishes and a welcoming and well-kept environment, to which add the sea view. We also had the opportunity to visit the cellar, a real spectacle, one of a kind, located at the base of the Tower, below sea level, a dive back into history.

the strong point of this restaurant, for those who, like me, cultivate that passion and understand it (without boasting about it) is the sound system. Anyone interested should go and watch it and they will be amazed, also to be introduced to the culinary preparations of a top restaurant like this...

What can I say, a refined place both in the rooms (furnishings and objects) and in the dishes of chef Gennaro Esposito. I was very curious and I wasn't disappointed. On the contrary. Many small courses that left us absolutely satiated and satisfied, through an experience of taste and atmosphere certainly worth repeating. Not to mention the location on the coastal sea. A little disappointed, but just to ask for a little more attention, the service. The description of the dishes was too quick, it was often difficult to understand, and so was the pouring of water. Sometimes I found it on the table but it must also be said that it wasn't exactly a 'quiet' table, more lively I would say. So justify yourself, come on. Congratulations 👏👏👏

The medieval tower is an exclusive setting for important events! The stone walls make you feel welcomed and at home. Our table was the best: right in front of the spectacular view of the gulf. A romantic place but also for friends or business dinners. The Chef's inexhaustible study is revealed in every dish and creativity continually emerges, course after course. The super expert and helpful sommelier advised us very well on the accompanying wines for each dish (even though I didn't drink white wine). Down there is a scary cellar with very fine wines from all over the world, some centuries old!! It was truly a great culinary journey. We will be back in 2 weeks and definitely again and again

I wanted to try Maestro Gennaro Esposito's cuisine. His is a classic cuisine with a lot of study. The strength of his dishes are the flavors. Defined and outlined for each dish. The Maestro, with his team, searches for certain flavors and transports them into his dishes. Siamo stati in questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito. Siamo abituati a festeggiare in ristoranti importanti ma ieri sera abbiamo toccato l'apice della bontà, della raffinatezza, della poesia, dell'arte dei piatti. Un esperienza che rimarrà per noi indimenticabile a cominciare dell'accoglienza del personale altamente professionale, dalla simpatia e dalla spontaneità dello Chef. È proprio vero che i grandi si distinguono per l'umiltà. Grazie di tutto. Torneremo

Siamo stati a pranzo con amici in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie. Intanto l'accoglienza dello Chef Gennaro e della sua collaboratrice è stato il biglietto da visita della cortesia e della ospitalità. Aperitivo in una location meravigliosa con un Cesarini Sforza Trento Doc da applausi, accompagnato dalle delizie aperitivo della cucina. Il Pranzo con una degustazione da sei portate direi sublime, piatti bilanciati nei sapori, estrema cura delle materie prime, accompagnato da un servizio di sala all'altezza della situazione. Aggiungo una chicca: ho dimenticato gli occhiali da sole in sala, mi sono stati spediti in Sardegna a casa dopo tre giorni......che dire Grazie di Cuore
