A dinner on the trabocco where you pay mainly for the location and sitting. Yes, because you have to be ready for a fixed menu (€65 per person) and being at the table for 2 to 3 hours... there was a lot of downtime, probably linked to a kitchen that was too small.
The dishes were pleasant, small portions, all served in flat plates placed on a deep plate, therefore very uncomfortable.
The overflow, however, is very fascinating!

Very refined in furnishings and table service. Good and well-finished dishes also in terms of visual aspects, fast and attentive service with kind personnel.
Perhaps a bit of the rustic and traditional aspect of the world of trabocchi is missing in the dishes served, such as the second course and the traditional Abruzzo dessert. However, it remains an excellent culinary experience and above all the direct contact with the world of overflowing!

The place is suggestive, and the food is good, if I can make a note given that it is a fixed menu I would at least propose two tastings of first and second courses and a few less starters..... having said this it is unacceptable to stay at the table from 1pm to 4pm ....the waits are too long.
Ok slow food but it seems a little exaggerated to me

I'll start this review by saying that the booking service is also top!! Kind, helpful and fast! Once you arrive... you have free private parking at the trabocco! The owner is very kind... the place is wonderful... good food and friendly service!! Highly recommended

First of all, the staff were very welcoming and courteous. Gennaro, who followed us until the end, was friendly, prepared and ready to meet the customer's needs.
It is practically a seaside farm, with very fresh ingredients and careful execution of the three starters and the second course. The first, little guitar with sea cicadas, a little less. Flat taste and tomato sauce prevailing over the flavor of the Cicada. That's all to say. Of course this is a subjective judgement. When booking, they will tell you how the service works and the cost (€60 + drinks). Good cellar with local wines. I tasted a Villa Gemma Cerasuolo Masciarelli (€30).

Location splendida e ottimo pranzo. Il pranzo ha un menù fisso e consiste in un entrée di benvenuto , 3 antipasti, primo,secondo dolce e caffè. Tutto prelibato e con molta attenzione al cliente. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'attenzione che hanno posto sul fatto che io fossi incinta e quindi non potessi mangiare determinate pietanze. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Pesce ottimo e fresco .
Unica pecca, la lunghezza del pranzo, siamo stati seduti 3 ore, però ne è valsa la pena .
Lo consiglierei sicuramente

Bellissima location sul mare. Sono stato sia a pranzo che a cena e, in entrambe le occasioni, sono stato benissimo. E' una delle cose da fare quando si visita l'Abruzzo.
