Anita è uno di quei rari posti dove percepisci il tempo che fu , grazie alla genuinità dei prodotti e alla maestria delle lavorazioni , la titolare (81 anni ) è di una dolcezza unica , eravamo in due , abbiamo ordinato 1 vincisgrassi (eccezionale)un tortello ripieno di carne (goduria ), agnello alla brace(tenerezza e cottura eccellente delle carni ) e spezzatino di cinghiale con patate (una bomba ) ,come dolce una zuppa inglese ,speso 25 € a testa suus 'usque ad iudicandum , lo consiglio vivamente ,

Typical Marche tavern where you can eat very well... cuisine with a simple and authentic flavour... I highly recommend tagliatelle with meat sauce. The service is adequate for the type of restaurant... no frills and a bit old-fashioned, sometimes you get dishes that you didn't order or they don't arrive and you have to ask but the kind lady Iolanda does her best to remedy the mistake. The environment takes you back to the 70s/80s, however very clean and with dishes always perfectly clean which is not a given... even in trendy restaurants. Mrs. Iolanda is a wonderful person who makes you feel at home. If you are passionate about good food, go there with your eyes closed.

i VINCISGRASSI della tradizione. Pasta sfoglia incredibile. Dalla brace escono carni succulente e golose. Grazie alle Signore Cuoche per questa esperienza inebriante.

Per me è uno dei più tipici ristoranti della provincia di Ancona che serve cucina tradizionale così gustosa. Quando Jole si avvicina al tavolo per le ordinazioni, mi sembra di stare da mia nonna, perché è tutto così dolce e familiare. Carne tutti i giorni, come è ovvio, tranne il venerdì: si rispetta l'usanza, e venerdì è giorno di pesce, quello fresco, preso dal pescivendolo che viene da Ancona. E pasta fatta a mano, ovvio, con sughi di campagna : lì si va a gusti con un buon verdicchio. Cupramontana è il paese dell Verdicchio che qui è più diffuso dell'acqua ! Jean & Stella

Ieri è venuto a mancare Donatello, marito della MITICA Iole, cuoca delle tradizioni cuprensi. Speriamo che la MITICA trattoria possa riaprire a breve per poter continuare a gustare una tipica cucina marchigiana.

Sehr urig und gemütlich mit gutem Essen. Beim Bezahlen aufpassen, das Zusammenrechnen klappt nicht immer so.
