I had dinner with my girlfriend in this truly exclusive place, the service was courteous and helpful right from the welcome at the door, capable of guiding us in choosing the courses and wines. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and chef, who welcomed us personally and showed us all the meats we could choose. Truly an experience worth repeating!

Quality meat, tasty side dishes, very kind and helpful service, vast choice of wines, very particular cooking of the meat cooked in bowls and directly in a wood oven and optionally continue cooking on a cutting board with lava stone.
Pleasant and well looked after environment...
Definitely coming back...

Attratti dalla particolarità della cottura della carne ed essendo una grande amante della terra Toscana, abbiamo deciso di provare la bistecchiera Bruno. Posto davvero bello, curato in ogni suo dettaglio, personale gentile ed efficiente, piatti serviti molto bene e anche questi curati. Mangiato benissimo, ma credo che una volta che sei andato e l' hai provato, visto il conto finale,non ci torni più! Buono si, carne ottima senza alcun dire, ma per una cena a Pontecagnano è davvero troppo.
Però se avete voglia di godervi una serata, essere coccolati ma senza pensare al conto finale, andate, perché va comunque provato!

Location carina, cibo di qualità, buona selezione di vini. Qualità prezzo buona. Levo una stella perché non avete gli orari aggiornati infatti sia su Google che the fork risultate aperti la domenica invece il locale è chiuso. Quindi orari non attendibili.

Phenomenal variety of meat, expertly prepared and promptly served. Fantastic cured pork charcuterie paired with excellent cheese. Exceptional wine selection and knowledgeable sommelier whose recommendations can well be trusted. Warm ambience, trendy music and tasteful interior. Well worth it.
