We went to Easter today. Table of 7. We had a great meal and the girls were SO CUTE!! Thank you very much, we recommend it 😉

Excellent dinner Appetizer with amazing dumpling Rabbit and real veal with baked potatoes super...cooked and quality of the meat. The desserts didn't make me crazy... I was hoping for something more. Overall, definitely worth going back. Well done

Very good dinner with an excellent fried gnocco and cured meats followed by 2 first courses: tagliatelle with a very creamy and tasty ragù and a spectacular pasta with beans. We stayed in a large room, perfectly clean and well furnished (in an antique but never "old" style). The breakfast was good with cappuccino and croissants and above all the managers were always kind and friendly at all times. I hope to be able to return soon to try the other dishes on the menu!

Dopo diverse volte in cui avevo provato a prenotare senza riuscire a trovare posto, finalmente ho cenato da Carlitos! L'attesa è stata ripagata da un'esperienza gastronomica di livello vissuta insieme a cari amici. Il locale è relativamente piccolo (forse non supera i 50 coperti), l'ambiente accogliente. Menu centrato su pietanze emiliane con tanta carne, buona anche la carta dei vini. Come antipasto la torta fritta è stata eccellente ed i salumi deliziosi; ho assaggiato poi un filetto di maiale come secondo, anche questo molto ben fatto; il dolce che ho preso invece non mi ha entusiasmato ma è questione di gusti, la qualità c'era tutta. Conto proporzionale alla qualità. Ho gradito molto la cortesia e disponibilità del servizio. Sicuramente consigliato, ci tornerò!

If you like Emilian cuisine and being served with friendliness and accuracy, you must stop by. Unfortunately it is small and it is best to book in advance but for the rest I can only recommend it.
