Comfortable and visually satisfying environment, disarmingly courteous staff, in particular the sommelier (if I'm not mistaken, Mr Mauro) and the attentive and thoughtful owner, they warmed our hearts. Wonderful attention and welcome. Super friendly and attentive. The dining room is very cozy and clean. The views were spectacular, we could see the alps while we ate! And the delicious cuisine. We ate some Angioloti that were falling apart and a Paris Brest with hazelnut cream that was outrageous. He came to remember. And the place in general to come back and come back to. Perfect. Simply perfect. A corner of paradise in the wonderful Langhe setting, a triumph of Piedmontese cuisine, accompanied by friendly and spontaneous service. Super! We were able to taste various dishes, all perfect. Excellent tajarin with freshly grated white truffle on the plate. The choice of wines was amazing, we dined with a fantastic Barbera d'Alba la Bogliona. For a truly Piedmontese experience and to try the flavors of the Langhe, this is the perfect place

Mi mancava l’ottima cucina langarola, il nostro primo riferimento, da sempre , è “la posta” di Monforte garanzia di eccellenza delle materie prime e una carta tradizionale. Abbiamo trovato posto lunedì a cena . Sicuramente la nostra “missione” era il tartufo bianco di Alba . Confesso che siamo rimasti dapprima un po’ spiazzati da un’albese trovata “arricchita” con : salsina senape ( buona ) , uova di quaglia, sale grosso , castelmagno che hanno fatto un po’ a pugni con la grattata ( abbondante ) di tartufo bianco … innovazione bocciata!!!. La moglie ha preferito continuare senza il tartufo ( ha fatto benissimo ) , i miei tajerin al burro con tartufo ( meglio se con fonduta ) sono parsi asciutti con un tartufo bianco che non è esploso ( boh ?! C’è nostalgia !!! ) . Anch’io mi son convinto di proseguire con i piatti tipici senza più il tartufo, un buon filetto con fungo porcino . Buona la proposta di vini al calice . Eccellente il Servizio . ‘Nsomma la qualità del tartufo, quest’anno, è sembrata low , per ciò l’albese arricchita ??
