A truly authentic Trattoria with a leap into the past. Also be careful about gluten free with options for celiacs. Excellent value for money

Fresh and crunchy cheese scone! The stuffed pasta with walnut sauce that I will remember for a long time... excellent fried food, rich and abundant, special "Mandilli" pesto! Excellent quality/price! The wait staff was friendly and quick!

Excellent pansoti, excellent pesto, perfectly Ligurian trattoria, I will be back to taste the Italian mixed fried food, which I couldn't eat because it didn't fit! Well done

Trattoria piccola sulle alture di Sori. Ambiente informale servizio molto veloce e gentile. Piatti tipici della riviera con particolare menzione alle focaccette al formaggio al pesto e al fritto mai unto e croccante. Dolci a mio avviso buonissimi. Conto giusto. Assolutamente consigliato

Ci sono stato quest'estate nella stupenda veranda e tornato quest'autunno nell'accogliente sala interna. Piatti sempre freschi, la tradizione nella sua massima espressione. Porzioni abbondanti e paste fresche fatte in casa eccezionali come tutto il resto. Chiude la piacevole esperienza l'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Complimenti!

06/04/2024: Tried the tasting menu, a roundup to get to know signature cuisine, never banal. The ravioli accompanied by raw fish and other flavors are superb. Even a simple sea bass has become super thanks to the perfect cooking and the proposed combination
28/03/2024: Wonderful experience. When we arrived we were greeted elegantly and Afterwards we were pleasantly advised. The tasting menu was a beautiful and delicious journey. Many many compliments to the chef, we will see you again very soon. Now his restaurant Zi'Ninella is a fixed stop for us, one more excuse that will always make us return to Santa Margherita Ligure. Congratulations to everyone, you are special.

26/03/2024: Over the years, Brinca has always remained a certainty. Excellent and plentiful quality of purely Ligurian recipes, wide choice of wines for those who love them, superlative sparkling wines and grappas for a certain type of palate. Beautiful and welcoming environment, friendly, competent and purposeful staff, food and wine prices in line with the high quality offered. In short, a top restaurant that can undoubtedly be classified as Ligurian excellence. Highly recommended for the few who don't know it and for those who really want to enjoy an excellent dinner or lunch in total relaxation and taste.
01/03/2024: Typical Ligurian cuisine but with homemade ingredients, very fresh and carefully prepared. Special. Not to mention the wine cellar. Truly a show for all tastes... and budgets. Definitely top
