I had the most incredible experience here! I could not get over their impeccable attention to detail. They make you feel like the most important person and genuinely care about your comfort and wellbeing. I want to highlight the extraordinary service received by Andrea who was our waiter at La Limonaia. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable by bringing additional things to our table that he knew would make us happy. He was extraordinary! I also want to highlight Julia at the front desk who helped my fiancée secretly plan out the proposal! Besides that, the spa services and views were fabulous as well! This place is worth every penny and I know I will be back!

Postitiv: - wunderschön gelegen - Traum Aussicht - Wanderungen vom Hotel aus möglich - große, neue Zimmer - sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal - tolles Spa, das nie voll ist (auch am Wochenende, wenn mehr Gäste da sind verläuft es sich) - es gibt jeden Tag neues Wasser aufs Zimmer - frisches Obst am Nachmittag im Spa Negativ: - Frühstück passt an sich, könnte aber qualitativ noch besser sein - schlechtester Kaffee (so dünn wie Tee) und Cappuccino (ungenießbar) - Essen war nicht gut. Wir haben nur einmal an der Bar zu Abend gegessen, weil uns das mit der Reservierung zu doof war und wir gern „informell“ zu Abend essen (kein langes Sit down Dinner, nur ein Gang). Wir nahmen Caesar Salat und Club Sandwich. Beides hat mittelmäßig geschmeckt und ich hatte am nächsten Tag Durchfall, ich nehme an vom Salat. Die folgenden Abende haben wir daher auswärts gegessen, was etwas nervig ist, da man abends nicht unbedingt noch einmal aus dem Haus möchte und man aufgrund der Berglage immer mindestens 15 Minuten Kurvenfahren auf sich nehmen muss. - der Yoga Raum öffnet offiziell erst um 10 Uhr, was für die meisten Yoga-Freunde zu spät sein dürfte. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen!
