Locanda Stella in Monti is a culinary gem! Their homemade dishes are incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The use of "0 km" porcini mushrooms in season adds a unique touch. Had dinner here on a quiet Wednesday evening in October. We were very welcome with our large Belgian Shepherd.
Delicious dishes. Delicious house wine. And very good prices. Recommended!

Excellent cuisine served with love and kindness....
Book in advance and ask for the fabulous first courses but also the rest, all really good, finish with the seadas, ricotta or cheese, or both

simple, it feels like being at home thanks to the owner, Mr. Valerio, smart, friendly and able to advise.
Simple traditional Sardinian dishes, genuine and quality.
We tasted the kid, the montina soup and the spaghetti with clams.
Too bad there are only 5 stars... it deserves at least 10.
In the kitchen the chef is the mother...chef from a thousand and one nights.
The dishes are not greasy and too heavy to hide the flavors.
The condiments are light and genuine.
Even the wines recommended by Mr. Valerio, thanks to the Vermentino area, very good!
The ricotta with abbamele is not to be missed.
Even if you are staying in Olbia, it's worth a trip there!
Truly highly recommended.

Un très bon restaurant, le thon cuit était excellent et les pâtes de palourdes très bonnes. En revanche l’attente était très longue environ 40 minutes.
