The food was fresh, we took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with ricotta, as a first course macaroni alla pastorella
with sausage, ricotta, wild fennel, really excellent. For the second course mixed grill a little too dry but the meat was fresh. Overall, an acceptable and advisable lunch, the price wasn't bad either

Great food and great service. Perhaps the place is a little small so I recommend booking. There is no parking so you have to walk along the main street but Gangi is worth visiting so a short walk is possible

Buon ristorante ubicato in pieno centro storico a Gangi, splendido borgo Madonita.
Il locale è ben posizionato e facile da raggiungere dopo aver posteggiato l'auto nei nei numerosi parcheggi adiacenti ( utili sono le informazioni che il gestore della trattoria dà agli ospiti con precisione e cortesia).
L'arredamento del locale e gli spazi sono gradevoli uniti ad un servizio ai tavoli rapido e cortese mentre il menù che, nel giorno di Capodanno era per ovvie ragioni fisso, ha pienamente soddisfatto le aspettative.

Sapori unici e cordialità . La zuppa di legumi , stupenda . E poi la carne , semplice arrostita un ottimo taglio , ma principalmente dal sapore deciso. Verdura ripassata in padella di stagione. Servizio in sala eccellente . Locale molto bello , ben climatizzato , visto che in questi posti delle Madonie , il freddo è presente. Super il rapporto qualità prezzo . Consigliato per chi vuole mangiare i veri prodotti tipici.
