An ideal place to enjoy Parma cuisine, especially fried pie with cold cuts, stracchino and gorgonzola, as well as different types of tortelli.

Everything excellent except the cost... Very expensive!

Perfect Easter lunch yesterday. Delicious dishes, very kind staff and excellent service. Extra kindness... Easter egg on every table.. Never happened. We came from Liguria specially and will return. Thank you

Nice place, atmosphere, God willing, where there is still "Parmigianita". The chatty friendliness of the manager offers a splendid fried cake and some cappelletti... which I have been looking for for a long time. Attentive to the customer and everyone is kind .Thank you. Me

L'ambiente è carino, pulito, un pò retrò più vicino ad un ristorante che ad una trattoria. E' una domenica a pranzo, scegliamo il menù degustazione a 27 €. Il proprietario è agitatissimo, ed il personale non sorride mai: l'ambiente non è proprio conviviale. Si migliora sicuramente con la qualità dei tre affettati serviti con un ottima torta fritta: spalla cotta buona, un eccellente crudo penso di Langhirano ed un salame felino forse un po duretto. Due fette a testa per tipo. Buoni anche i tortelli serviti, anche se un po magri, nel piatto fanno una porzione normale. Ottima la sbrisolona con zabaione (super), anonima la crema di mascarpone a cui manca decisamente la nota dolce (in pratica una mousse di formaggio). Ristretto anche il vino: il litro di bianco della casa ordinato sul menù, quando arriva a tavola diventa una bottiglia da 75cl. Insomma alti e bassi, la qualità degli ingredienti non si discute ma non si esce certo satolli.

Locale dagli ampi spazi con arredi moderni anche se, personalmente, un po’anonimi, ben lontano dall’immagine conviviale alla quale il nome “trattoria” rimanda. Ma i sapori dei piatti profumano di cucina casalinga, genuina e tradizionale. Veramente ottima la torta fritta con il tagliere di salumi e i tortellini alle erbette e quelli di zucca. Da raccomandare e ritornare quanto prima.
