Abbiamo cenato una sera in questo locale durante il nostro soggiorno ad Anagni. Locale molto carino e ottima pinsa! Personale molto efficiente! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Consigliatissimo!

The best gluten-free pinsa ever

We ate two tasty and really good pinsas, welcomed by the young but delicately competent and efficient waiter. The welcome appetizer was good and appreciated, I would say a nice surprise. The only negative note is the limited choice of beers and desserts.

The top of the pinsa. I was with work colleagues a couple of weeks ago in the Colleferro restaurant. Exceptional pinsa for flavor and meltability. Very good quality ingredients. Perfect cooking. The range of fried foods for appetizers is very wide. In short, definitely worth revisiting with your eyes closed. The service was also excellent.
