We found this restaurant by chance on a gloomy day. We were pleasantly surprised.
Pleasant place, the owner very helpful and kind, we took a mix of available appetizers and as a first course gnocchi with castelmagno and ravioli with butter and sage.
Km0 and handmade ingredients, all from local products and homemade wine.
Compliant price
Very happy to have met Fabio, the owner, and to have been able to taste his dishes and his idea.

Went today for lunch, elegant place with a beautiful view.
The very friendly owner welcomed us very well and explained all the dishes served.
Superlative hot and cold starters.
We then ate 2 homemade first courses, Castelmagno gnocchi that melted in the mouth and heartwarming tagliatelle..
For dessert, a delicious cold nougat.
Both the grignolino and the barbera are excellent.
Very honest price.

This was an amazing experience. I didn't expect to find such refined and flavorful cuisine in such a small spot in the middle of nothing.
I'm tired of living in America and it's always ravishing to find amazing places like this.
Highly recommended, however make sure that it is open because everything is done by Fabio who is the owner, chef, pastry chef, waiter and he even grows some of the food that he uses for cooking.
Exceptional lunch with extreme care taken in the cooking and also in the presentation of the dishes.
The owner Fabio cooks everything including dessert and also serves at the tables with extreme attention and kindness.
It combines tradition and creative inventions, such as classic Piedmontese raw meat paired with curry focaccia or homemade tapinabur chips.
I can't wait to return with my wife!!

Business dinner.
Very good, well-prepared food, adequate portions and very easy digestion.
The waitress, though.
I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, so I know what it means to be on the other side. But, the lady in her forties, really rude.
I would advise you to sit behind a desk if the client is that uncomfortable for you.
In most restaurants, a person like that wouldn't last a minute. Sin.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent food.
I don't give 5 stars only because the veal cheek was barely warm.
Praise goes to the dishes that have been reheated, it almost never happens.

Trovato per caso, è diventato uno dei miei posti preferiti, per questo ringrazio la mia dolce metà...È la terza volta che ci vado a pranzo ed ogni volta che sono fuori sono sempre più convinto che se ognuno di noi nasca per fare qualcosa, Fabio è certamente nato per fare questo. Più che un semplice ristorante, è un posto dove trascorrere un'esperienza che lascia il segno, tra il calore dell'accoglienza, la simpatia di un padrone di casa che non lascia nulla al caso e che nel suo estro ed un pizzico di follia rimane super professionale nel suo lavoro. I suoi piatti parlano di questo, oltre che della genuinità di una materia prima ottima di stagione e a chilometro zero. Ottima esperienza la consiglio a tutti!!! Bravo Fabio... ci rivedremo ancora...
