Umami Beer In Assisi

Excellent beers and so is the food, which however I found in general to be a little expensive. Nice service. When I was there it was St. Patrick's Day and they had Guinness, but they don't know how to tap it and it was too cold.

Hamburger ottimi, e ottimo servizio, un locale carino ed accogliente. Prezzi medio alti ma per un prodotto di qualità. Mangiare qui è una bella esperienza.

The ideal place for beer enthusiasts. The place is small but very welcoming and well laid out, in short it doesn't try to have more customers than it can afford all at once. The craft beers are very good and each have an aroma that makes them unique, don't drink one that you feel like you've already tried. The staff are really very friendly and cheerful, always with a ready smile and the waiting times are very reasonable. The food is very good, especially the gourmet burgers, the only flaw? They may be large, but the price seems too excessive to me, considering that they don't even come with a side dish. I recommend the place anyway.

Tutto buonissimo..credo un po' sopra la media con i prezzi

Great service, incredible burger and the best fries I’ve ever eaten!

A un anno dalla prima cena ritorniamo da Umami ma purtroppo non replichiamo l’entusiasmo della prima volta. Buona la cena (lo scorso anno era stata davvero incredibile, questa volta più normale) e davvero molto gentili gestori e camerieri. Il neo sono stati i prezzi degli hamburger, a nostro avviso sproporzionati rispetto all’offerta. Il prezzo va dai 17,50 ai 22,50€ per una classica combo hamburger + patatine (prezzi che io qui ho sommato ma le patatine sono a parte, 4,50€). Se ci aggiungi una birra, un dolce e il coperto sei subito a una trentina di € a persona (beverage e dolci comunque con prezzi molto corretti devo dire), e questo senza antipasti o digestivi. Di per sé posso capire che i prezzi siano saliti tra inflazione e il resto e i ristoratori facciano fatica, ma per quanto gourmet gli hamburger rimangono un cibo conviviale che viene dal mondo Street food, se voglio spendere 30 o 40€ a persona da cliente mi viene da orientarmi su cucine più strutturate o con tagli carne di altro tipo. Non voglio dar l’idea di voler fare una critica sterile, infatti metto 3 stelle per non abbassare la media al locale dove comunque siamo stati bene e facilmente ritorneremo ancora; a mio avviso una aggiustata ai prezzi degli hamburger può rendere l’esperienza più piacevole per il cliente e fargli venir voglia di prendere magari un qualcosa in più dal menu o anche solo tornare più spesso.
