You can immediately tell that they pay great attention to raw materials, you can see it in the dishes that come out of the kitchen. Reading the menus, you are struck by the care in how they have selected the dishes to offer. Although we stopped for a "snack" before leaving, it was a good choice When we are in the area again, we will return here.

Locale piccolo, una sola persona a servire, si è accolti con un saluto, un “come va?” non scontati in molti altri locali e non solo a Follonica. Il cibo è ottimo, gli accostamenti uniscono i sapori della zona e il risultato è ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

Truly unique food with very kind restaurateurs

New Year's Eve dinner. (not dinner so 10 stars just for this). Small but well-kept place. Attentive and fast service and unusual but good dishes, something different from the usual. It will certainly be different in July, but the impression seems good to me.

Locale molto piccolo, ma gestito da una coppia particolarmente accogliente; abbiamo cenato più volte provando le specialità del giorno; in particolare consiglio i tortelloni maremmani ma anche quelli ripieni di patate entrambi delicati e sicuramente fatti in casa, come tra l'altro i pici con il ragù bianco. Come secondi abbiamo provato una tagliata e si è rivelata di ottima qualità nonchè servita bene in piccole trancine tenerissime; consiglio vivamente a chi piace la birra delle ottime birre in bottiglia con sentori particolari gradevoli (IPA e blanche); infine per i dolci posso solo segnalare i cantuccini con il vinsanto comunque freschi, fragranti e profumati. I costi nella media tra i €40-50 a persona inclusivo anche di contorni.
