The restaurant is well air-conditioned, maintaining a comfortable internal temperature for the entire duration of the dinner. Although the place appears clean, the only flaw found concerns the physical menus, which were slightly sticky. However, this small problem can be easily circumvented thanks to the availability of a QR code to consult the menu digitally. In conclusion, the Sushimi Restaurant in Montegrotto Terme offers an overall good gastronomic experience, with strong points represented by the refined aesthetics of the restaurant and the variety of the menu. However, to achieve an excellent level of service, it would be advisable to solve the problems related to managing orders and cleaning physical menus, as well as reconsidering internal lighting to make the environment even more welcoming.
