Excellent first course and very good starters

Almost 10 years have passed since a friend advised us to try "ZONA FA0 37 1.2.3.". Well : Since then this location has become our point of reference, as regards seafood cuisine, among all the catering companies operating throughout the Salento area (and beyond). The "Cascade" of raw seafood (because that is what it is) is an anthology for the variety, goodness and freshness of the unparalleled product. The same goes for the roast seafood and I would go on too long in describing the first courses that the Chef prepares in a masterful way. Claudio, then, is the one in the room, serving the table in a discreet and professional manner but at the same time making you feel at home by finding (even when the room is full) the time to have a pleasant chat. Finally, what can I say: We can't wait to go back.
