Everything perfect, very nice and original place with open kitchen, very kind and knowledgeable staff, food a step above all other Japanese restaurants. The only flaw is that the tables are too small and uncomfortable for two people.

My first experience in an a la carte sushi restaurant. We ordered a lunch menu called "experience", in which it is possible to experience a small journey into the cuisine of this place at a decidedly low price (14.90 each). I really appreciated the well-kept environment, as well as the service, which was friendly and of a clearly different level compared to all-you-can-eat sushi. A restaurant service of a certain level. The experience is decidedly different compared to those I have had previously, the quality of the food is high, the plating is refined. Every piece is given importance. As my first experience in an à la carte sushi I was pleasantly surprised and I can't wait to return here and in other places!

The sushi was a little disappointing, but the rest was great.

Il sushi è buono. Vergognose le cameriere: ordini un ca del bosco prestige, ti arriva un altro vino molto più economico e fanno finta di nulla. Appena lo ho provato mi accorgo che è strano, guardo la bottiglia e mi accorgo che è un altro vino, mi dice è un altro vino, perché lo abbiamo finito però stesso prezzo. State molto attenti sul discorso delle bottiglie perché c’è mala fede in questo senso.

Ambiente curato, cibo ottimo e fatto al momento, personale dedicato e attento al cliente (chiedono sempre se si è allergici/intolleranti a qualcosa), riescono sempre a trovare un tavolo anche se non si è prenotato (liberandolo entro un certo orario), anche il servizio a domicilio è impeccabile, pagamento con carta di credito/debito anche a domicilio avvisando in anticipo
