11/03/2024: A dream dinner. I don't know how else to describe this experience. Because yes, it is not a simple "dinner at a restaurant". A journey, an experience that I recommend anyone to live. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing and we couldn't have made a better choice! Dishes that convey emotions, contrasts, flavors never experienced. All in a romantic, intimate atmosphere. A service attentive to every need. We can't wait for the menu to be renewed so we can come back and try it! Running from Forma. ❤️

01/02/2024: I've only been once with friends, what can I say a pleasant experience. Cuisine different from the common one, with a lot of study and work behind it. Let's say here you go for a new culinary experience. Unfortunately, given the current realities of life, it is not within everyone's reach. Will come back and try the full tasting menu.

17/02/2024: Delicious meat, ok for celiacs. Let's start with the kebabs as an appetizer, excellent consistency and flavour, cooked and salted to perfection. Then we take the slices with porcini mushrooms and with vinegar, walnuts and parmesan, both delicious. As a side dish we order chicory and potatoes, crunchy and delicious. Fair prices. We will be back to try the first ones. Highly recommended

02/04/2024: Lo Scalco dell'Aquila is not only the best restaurant in that beautiful and invincible city. It's much much more. Here food becomes a work of art. But the artist did not limit himself only to the triumph of taste. He went above and beyond. The vision, the presentation, the description make it a multi-sensorial work. A poetic experience. But to "build the Future together" - to quote the visionary and wise words of the Artist Armando - art alone is not enough. And so here is the care, the professionalism, the kindness, the passion, the dedication that Armando, Massimiliana and all their wonderful young staff naturally embody. 02/04/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to L'Aquila, even if for a quick visit, the course almost completely redone and the places all full including this very famous bar, we had a simple aperitif and a coffee with delicious nougat cream. The owners happy to see so much movement and I am happy to see a warm recovery of this city.

07/03/2024: A delicious breakfast: fragrant and generous croissants, excellent soy cappuccinos, excellent coffee and special donut. Cozy, warm, well-kept historic environment in the heart of L'Aquila. Courteous, professional and welcoming service. We also purchased typical products: Nurziatella, small nougats, biscuits. Everything really excellent and well packaged. We'll be back!

25/02/2024: Locale accogliente, personale cortese e premuroso, ottimi piatti, non banali. In particolare, baccalà mantecato con chips di riso e tapioca, e maionese di lamponi da leccarsi i baffi. Millefoglie alla crema pasticciera e mirtilli semplicemente divina. Vasta ed ottima carta dei vini.

17/02/2024: Place located in the city center, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, welcoming atmosphere and rich, sophisticated menu with excellent quality food. Everything delicious, from appetizers to dessert. We can see the commitment in wanting to offer something of quality and at the same time refined. Highly recommended!!!

18/03/2024: We had 3 sandwiches delivered to home which arrived on time, but unfortunately two were wrong. We then contacted the place who promptly remade them and delivered them to us. Delicious sandwiches and decent chips. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and immediately corrected any errors that may have occurred
