03/04/2024: Buongiorno ragazzi vi volevo ringraziare con questa recensione per la splendida accoglienza e pranzo di Pasqua nella splendida piazza Garibaldi di Sulmona, scenario della manifestazione della madonna che scappa. Veniamo alla mia umile recensione ma fatta da una persona del settore credo renda giustizia al sacrificio che ho in primis notato e apprezzato del vostro locale. Abbiamo cominciato con un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, le verdure a giardiniera fatte in casa i fritti e lo spettacolare capretto cacio e uova, (sublime). Due i primi, la classica lasagna e una tagliatella fatta in casa perché è questo che va sottolineato, oggi difficile trovare chi fa pane e pasta sul posto e a questo livello, condite con una salsa boscaiola a dir poco buonissima. Il secondo il classico agnello abruzzese che non deve mai mancare in questa occasione con patate e insalata, per dolce delle fragole con crema chantilly. Vino Marramiero Rose’ caffè acqua ad un prezzo che dire onesto non rende giustizia alla qualità del cibo, al bellissimo ristorante, al Servizio impeccabile, alla materia prima che fa la differenza anche in un giorno come Pasqua dove il locale è strapieno ma si lavora al top e non per i numeri. Bravissimi ragazzi, vi auguro di continuare sempre così con la vostra cucina semplice e genuina che porta veramente giustizia alla nostra amata terra D’Abruzzo. A presto

03/04/2024: Easter lunch in the most beautiful square in Italy, where the manifestation of the Madonna who runs away makes it decidedly unique. Here Camilla's Bistrot is located with a view of the square and tables on the terrace, I had lunch with my family at Easter and I am here to review a place that is difficult to find today, the quality of the raw materials reigns supreme in this place, the cuisine simple and genuine like Abruzzo deserves to be described. I won't go into too much detail, the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, fried foods and vegetables, the sublime goat cheese and egg which is a tradition here at Easter, like the lasagna they served us as a first course and the handmade pappardelle with excellent boscaiola sauce. For the second course, local lamb with potatoes and salad, strawberries and Chantilly for dessert, Marramiero Rose' wine, water and coffee. Not an honest price, for Easter and the way we had lunch, 60 euros I think is the minimum for these guys who work with dedication from the early hours of the morning to be able to bring home-made bread, pasta and the rest to the table. Nice and welcoming place, impeccable service in a packed place, I have nothing else to add, well done, well done.

09/09/2023: A spasso per Sulmona totalmente "all'avventura" ci siamo imbattuti in questo piccolo locale e decidiamo di fermarci per un boccone.. Locale pieno e non molto grande, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare all'esterno... il menù é molto vario e decidiamo di prendere 2 primi piatti. Servizio veloce e piatti generosi. ma non ci siamo ragazzi, la CIPOLLA NELLA CARBONARA NOOOOO!! Più di 2 pallini non posso dare...

30/01/2024: There is no point in trying to explain the wonderful environment you find when you enter this bar, with the owner Simona and all the collaborators. Possibility of having lunch with fresh, good quality dishes, honest prices, availability of everyone towards those who, unable to leave their workplace, call for home delivery. Highly recommended, especially in the morning with a vast variation of croissants, cakes and biscuits.

25/02/2024: Ristorante ubicato in una traversa della zona centrale di Sulmona, con ampia disponibilità di posti e discretamente arredato; personale cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo recati intorno alle 21,30 in un giorno infrasettimanale ed abbiamo trovato facilmente disponibilità. Menù con diverse tipologie di primi e, comunque, tutti a prezzo unico (€ 15,00). Tra i secondi è stato ben gradito l'arrosto misto con porzione sufficiente per una persona ed al costo di € 25,00; nonostante il prezzo tendenzialmente alto lo consiglio tra le portate da assaggiare. Assegno 4 stelle per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la cortesia del personale.

16/02/2024: What can I say: amazing pizza by the slice, competitive prices, location in the center. Typical take-away pizzeria, so there is little space for on-site consumption. The only thing is the times.

03/04/2024: Let me start by saying that I give three stars only because the waiters were very kind. In 2024 you can't have to question a simple pasta with tomato sauce because it was creamed with cheese without notifying me. I had clearly said I was vegan and there were two of us at the table. I immediately realized that the spaghetti contained something strange. They solved the problem by redoing the portion with simple sauce but I think they used an already used pan because I still found some white things inside that weren't seeds. The baked potatoes could have been excellent if it weren't for the fact that they heated them on something in contact with fat or smoke from roast meat... and for a vegan this is not acceptable. I couldn't eat them. The food however, for an omnivore, is quite good and the staff courteous. I recommend preparing yourself better on the subject of veganism and vegetarianism.

02/04/2024: We ordered 35 kebabs, which were inedible as well as unpalatable. Tough with lots of sinew and overcooked and very greasy. When we sent them back on €45 worth of kebabs they gave us back €18 but so far that's fine because they weren't required to do so. It's a shame that they removed one part and added it on the other because they made us pay an extra cover charge and when we pointed it out we were told "well we've already taken away the kebabs" because you rightly first tell the customer that he would have taken away one part of the bill, then you cheat him by making him pay more elsewhere. As a customer I felt cheated and we left. Recommended to your worst enemies!
