31/03/2024: Unfortunately I would have given more but there are some flaws to resolve. The menu was very extensive and I was not at all disappointed. The problem that arose was the gurnard broth that was too heavy, the gummy balls and the lack of wi-fi despite it being a very popular place. We could do better.

13/03/2024: QUALITY DINNER! I have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant more than once. The cuisine is something exceptional, revisited Teramo dishes with attention to detail. The welcoming venue and the always accessible path pampers you throughout the evening. Seeing is believing. I found trained and friendly staff, especially the girl Nathalie, very refined in her ways, always smiling, I would absolutely recommend it to try an experience UNFORGETTABLE!

23/03/2024: Everything is excellent, from the location to the staff who are always attentive to the customer's needs. The pizza is a work of art. Exquisite. The Margherita is excellent and the one with pecorino di fossa, pears and honey is exceptional. Advised.

01/04/2024: Visiting the Cavallino Rosso during Easter Monday proved to be a truly pleasant experience in every respect. The welcome and service were impeccable: the staff were extremely professional, attentive and courteous, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The most pleasant surprise was the excellent entertainment, which was able to entertain all the guests with great skill, making the day even more special and fun. This aspect, often overlooked in other restaurants during the holidays, has been taken care of down to the smallest detail here, demonstrating particular attention to the well-being and enjoyment of customers. Moving on to the heart of the experience, the food was simply excellent. Each dish, from presentation to taste, was perfectly curated, highlighting the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. The variety of the menu was able to satisfy all palates, even the most demanding, with proposals that ranged from local tradition to highly effective culinary innovations. Finally, the value for money was surprisingly good. Considering the high standard of service, entertainment and quality of food, the price was very honest, which is not always a given on special occasions such as Easter Monday. In conclusion, the Cavallino Rosso proved to be a winning choice, capable of offering an overall excellent experience. It is undoubtedly a restaurant that deserves to be visited, not only during the holidays but on any occasion, for those seeking a high-level culinary experience in a pleasant and festive environment.
