26/09/2023: Trieste Coffee Tour 5. I decided to start this tour, which gives the possibility of tasting a coffee in one of the most iconic corners of the city. Without a doubt, this is the most luxurious place on the entire route and you can feel it as soon as you enter the doors of the hotel. Incredible attention, very close and professional. I sat down and in a few seconds the bartender served me with exquisite elegance. The environment, decorated with the grandeur it deserves and without skimping on luxuries. About the coffee, say that it has an intense flavor but somewhat more burnt and artificial than in other places. I ordered a capo in B, which was served in less than a minute. The foam, decorated with a heart, tasted sweet, like bread. Delicious. All of this, accompanied by a good glass of water and a quiet location that invites you to relax in silence. Very good.

29/03/2024: There were still drinks left from the previous customers and nobody came to clean it up and didn't even notice us sitting. Called the waitress once and she said i'm coming but she never did. I left after 10 minutes of waiting.

23/02/2024: The waiter wasn't very friendly and the place is extremely PRICEY for a simple coffee. Would NOT recommend the place at all.

24/03/2024: Excellent structure, central location and super helpful and friendly owner.

21/02/2024: In a very good location, close to the city center and the sea. It was a bit noisy, because the kebab shop on the corner imagines itself as a dj, and it was disturbing until midnight, even with the window closed.

02/04/2024: One of the few places open in Easter week - it caters to a lot of tourists but the staff are pleasant and the fopd went down very nicely :-)

30/03/2024: On Sunday 24th I was in Trieste with my family at lunchtime and I came across this historic bar-restaurant establishment. The place was full and there was a lot of confusion so we sat in the internal room which was also full The menu is varied, average food nothing exceptional The thing that surprised us was that there was only one girl managing the entire bar and beverage counter and she was able to handle everything on her own despite a coming and going of people with speed and professionalism, a very flexible and kind element. Compliments.
