11/03/2024: Locale molto carino soprattutto il piano di sotto, nel centro di Trento. Camerieri gentilissimi, abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Prezzo non economico ma in linea con l'offerta e la citta. Atmosfera tranquilla, elegante e rilassata.

11/02/2024: Locale incantevole in tutti i dettagli,in una serata di pioggia, accoglienza calorosa,nonostante l'anticipo sull'orario della prenotazione. Ci accomodiamo nella sala a cui si accede scendendo una bella scala,il proprietario cura l'accoglienza. I camerieri sono precisi e puntuali, intuisco la difficolta di quella scala e mi complimento per lo stile con cui affrontano gli scalini. Piatti,li avrei assaggiati tutti. Ho scelto il baccalà e la quaglia. Perfetto ricco e bilanciato,ogni piatto,anche quelli dei miei commensali. Spero di poter tornare un giorno in primavera

18/03/2024: We did not use the B&B We only ate in the restaurant which, having read the reviews, seemed excellent. I confirm that the service was excellent, impeccable waiters and a beautiful and elegant place, but it's a shame about the food... I can only refer to the two dishes ordered viz Polenta with cheese and mushrooms Pasta with venison ragout and mushrooms In both dishes the mushrooms were not, as one would expect in the mountains, sautéed but were mushrooms in oil of the kind sold in the supermarket, with a vague hint of vinegar. The ragù was soupy. Inedible dishes! I reply to the owner who replied to me on 16 March 2024 with a year's delay that by writing "mushrooms in oil" I criticized not the size of the mushrooms but the fact that they were mushrooms in oil of those sold in the supermarket and not fresh cooked mushrooms , as it should be, in the restaurant. If you don't have fresh mushrooms because it's not in season, just indicate it on the menu or notify the customer.
