06/04/2024: for the first time this evening at Plinio's... the wait was amply rewarded. Excellent cuisine, good service, fair price and wise management of the restaurant by Plinio. The two of us ate an excellent seafood starter (5/6 hot and cold courses) of excellent workmanship and excellent quality, four second courses: sliced ​​calamari, a crazy sea bass in clam ragout, fried calamari and raw scampi, all washed down with a excellent müller turgau. To finish crumbled and an excellent chocolate cake. VERY GOOD EVENING....TO BE REPEATED...CONGRATULATIONS TO PLINIO AND HIS STAFF...

01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

02/04/2024: No surprises... arrived under the recommendation of trusted friends, the restaurant met every rosy expectation, excellence of taste, cuts of meat, cooking, quality of service. From today it becomes an obligatory stop for future stays in the splendid setting of Fiuggi. Great chef Alessandro and super Eddy!!!

31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.

01/04/2024: It's our fixed stop as soon as we arrive from Rome before going up to the Arcinazzo plateaus! Delightful place, excellent wines and selected food. Hand cut ham and their olives always delicious! Always kind and welcoming guys

24/01/2024: Highly recommended aperitif! An excellent choice of wines accompanied by delicious typical products, the staff is friendly and informal but extremely professional and competent. The atmosphere is lively and if the aperitif turns into a dinner, it's a sign that you're having a really good time!

10/03/2024: Dealing with the chaos of cars in the parking lot in front, the queue at the checkout and the noisy people at the counter on a Sunday morning is necessary to then benefit from the delicious products of this pastry shop! Pistachio croissant and San Giuseppe zeppola TOP!! Advised!

27/01/2024: A place that reminds us of when we were children in front of the windows selling sweets and treats. They produce nougat in different flavors, hand-wrapped as in a past that today seems remote and ancient. A good hot tea with some sweets, a simple but pleasant view and some local characters to make the place typical.

16/03/2024: First of all Pet Friedly not for pretend (in the sense that my big dog is always welcome!). The wine shop is not huge, but very welcoming. Sergio's professionalism and kindness and the high quality wines allow you to spend very pleasant evenings, both in summer and winter (also thanks to the external but covered tables).

I understand that it's weekdays but it's not correct to indicate that you're open and not serve customers! Not recommended due to lack of education... the food? Who knows? They didn't serve us...
