15/11/2023: We stayed at the hotel for one night in September. We were traveling on a motorcycle in the rain at full speed. As we stood at the reception, a huge water situation slowly developed. The lady at reception was super friendly even though she had to use a cleaning bucket to remove our traces. Then finally in the room everything was fine, the room was clean. The food as a menu that the chef advertised to us was really very good and plentiful. All the employees/boss were super friendly Breakfast was also great, the fried eggs made fresh to order were super tasty. Conclusion: great hotel with normal prices, we will definitely come back. 27/10/2023: Lovely spot, beautifully situated. The entire company exudes love. You can see that everyone is enjoying their work. Lots of home-made and/or local products for both breakfast and dinner. Moreover, a very good price/quality ratio. Highly recommended 😊

There is no shortage of attention and friendliness of the splendid Tavella family who make guests feel part of the history of the ancient building. Neat and clean environments. Excellent cuisine. Punctual and professionally qualified service. The connection with the slopes is very interesting. Coming back in the summer is a promise.

We stayed there for a week, with great satisfaction with the accommodation, the cleanliness, the location (perfect for excursions in a beautiful area that we didn't know) and the safety and quality of the half board treatment even for people with celiac disease. Comfortable room with window and access to the small covered balcony with two comfortable deckchairs. Dining area with small wall equipped with sink, fridge, two-burner electric stove and hood, with chairs and round table and a sofa, also a double bed; bathroom (blind but well ventilated) large and comfortable. Underfloor heating, which was convenient given the period, with temperature control in each area. Everything very clean. The half board option we chose was excellent (even having the possibility to do it yourself; however, the kitchen area allowed us to have our afternoon tea). Satisfying breakfast with savory selection, vegetables, fruit and homemade cakes; possibility to ask for extras such as scrambled eggs and bacon; excellent dinner, with a fixed but varied menu, balanced, well conceived and well created by a good young cook. Excellent table service and presentation of the menu, with a brochure that includes the weather forecast for the following days and notes on the history, customs and products of the area. Very good wine list, but the possibility of having even just one glass is excellent, choosing between two options, which vary from day to day. 20/10/2023: The Trattner family runs the guesthouse with a lot of love. Delicious dinner, rich breakfast buffet and tasty cakes for afternoon coffee. The guesthouse is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes on the Salten.
