29/03/2024: Not a "normal" dinner. Already at the reception you realize that it is not a normal dinner/lunch but an experience. You never wait too long, while you wait, entrees are brought to help you prepare for the main courses. Care in plating and above all quality of the raw material. Very quiet environment, not the usual chaotic restaurant. Really friendly and extremely helpful staff, the strong point is the service with attention to the smallest details. Humane account, I recommend it for quality-price.

05/04/2024: A lovely little shop - a true gem in Malcesine! The owner was warm and effusive and greeted me with a big grin when I walked up. It's a small but delicious selection, and he filled my croissant to order (the pistachio cream was molto bene). The walls are full of pictures of all the wedding cakes I assume he's made over the years. It's clear he loves what he does and you can taste it in the pastries! Honestly sad I didn't go there sooner during my time in Malcesine.

04/04/2024: The best breakfast in Italy! There are many food options, there are several healthy ingredients too such as oat flour, almond milk, etc. We recommend the pistachio pancakes, the California avocado toast, and they have very good coffee.

04/04/2024: Besides the fact we were waiting 10 minutes to get the waiter to come and take our order, they were friendly and the food was good. I got eggs and bagel, very nice and smooth scrambled eggs inside a soft bagel, but the egg was a bit tasteless. Better if you add some salt and pepper. Cappuccino good, small cup !

07/04/2024: Great drinks, innovative menu and delicious snacks. Comfortable seats, beautifully located in the sun at the old harbor. Slightly more expensive prices for the drinks but still okay for what you get and where you sit. Service was quick, friendly and helpful.

05/04/2024: On 04 April 2024, on a busy graduation day in Verona, we stumbled upon a hidden gem: BUOONO. Intrigued by our love for Japanese and Chinese cuisine, especially poke, we decided to explore this cosy spot nestled in the quiet streets near the Arena. Despite the city's hustle and bustle, BUOONO offered a tranquil haven. The vibe was creative and laid-back, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The décor was quirky and cheerful, instantly putting us in a good mood. Seated at one of the available tables, we savoured freshly prepared dishes bursting with flavour and nutrition. The staff was friendly, adding to the relaxed vibe of the place. BUOONO was a refreshing break from the chaos of Verona, offering a unique dining experience that celebrated freshness and creativity. As a family of four, we enjoyed venturing beyond the usual pizza and pasta. While we admired the restaurant's eco-friendly ethos, we couldn't help but wish for a more sustainable approach to serving ware. Plastic plates, cutlery, and glasses seemed out of place in such a wholesome place. Nevertheless, BUOONO left a lasting impression, and we're already looking forward to returning on our next Verona adventure. Here's to hoping that our next encounter will be delicious and environmentally friendly. Hats off to BUOONO for being both fantastic and affordable!

28/03/2024: Well structured restaurant. On one side there is a ceremony room and on the other a "classic" restaurant. We ate bigoli with white goose sauce: excellent and plentiful. The tirami su served in the coffee maker was delicious, the three fruit sorbets were also excellent. Good value for money, we will be back.

22/03/2024: Very nice place, super vintage! Delicious food, very high quality wine, as well as all the ingredients used to make the dishes. My boyfriend and I tried all the cicchetti, the vegetable meatballs, the potatoes, the fried aromatic herb leaves and the stewed cuttlefish. All accompanied by a mustard and a smoked mayonnaise, both too good! Note of super merit to the innkeeper who was able to pamper us from start to finish, you can see that he puts love into everything he does. 05/04/2024: The food was good, with the right quality and quantity, the service was not very empathetic, very quick in taking away our plates once we had finished the meal almost as if we were being sent away, I would like to point out that we were celebrating a birthday and had been notified in time. I was disappointed by the fact that during the booking phase they invited us to order the cake from outside and then they also made us pay 12 euros for cutting the cake, I found it truly madness, furthermore there was no not even offered a coffee at the end of the meal... I will not return to the unwelcoming Osteria Rivelino.

05/04/2024: Excellent food, especially the pizza dough is great, but the fish was also super tasty. The service is friendly and quick. The only thing that was annoying was that the waitress, who wasn't busy, always stood opposite our table and watched us eat. That doesn't work at all. Ambience is great, we would definitely come here again!
