26/03/2024: An embarrassing experience to say the least: we immediately started badly with the lack of place cards as they were practically all scattered around the tables, many of them empty and therefore the customer was often unable to have the food brought to the table. But this is a minor problem and I choose to wait for my number and collect the food at the counter and here comes the second problem: my number does not appear on the display while the previous and next numbers are... mysteries. I'm waiting for the sequence of trays to be served to arrive at my number to see if it might be called verbally when I see an order placed on the counter that could be mine and the boy serving at the counter looks at the number... and doesn't call it. I wait a moment, I get closer and say if by chance it was the number I was waiting for... and I had strangely got it right, pointing out that perhaps calling it given the lack of it on the display could have been the right thing to do. But this too is something that can happen. What really pissed me off was arriving at the table and finding a COLD sandwich and the wrong chips for the order. The final insult was wanting to open a complaint by scanning the QR code and discovering that "the page is not available". King of buffoons, other than hamburgers.
