03/04/2024: I can't say anything about the wait staff...
For the rest... quality and quantity not suitable... 3 chips on the cross and the sandwich, like the whole dish, gave me the impression of having been made just for... in a hurry...
As a last gem, the fork with unwashed food attached... not used by me (I attach photos)
I'm sorry but compared to other restaurants in the chain, I have never seen such squalor...

12/01/2024: Personale lentissimo, per 2 cappuccini e 2 brioches abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti e nel locale c'erano 4 clienti compresi noi. Altre volte siamo stati qui e nei menù mancava sempre qualcosa.
17/09/2023: Servizio pessimo, personale sulle nuvole che non porta l'ordine esatto , tre ordini sbagliati ...gelato sciolto ..insomma uno scempio , mai più
