27/03/2024: I went to this place for the first time last night and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as you enter you immediately find the meat counter, all super fresh. Excellent quality and well cooked food, welcoming and helpful staff. The owner is also in the room, always ready to give you a smile. Dinner was fabulous with fresh homemade pasta and excellent grilled meat.
The crescentine with mixed cold cuts are also delicious. The presentation of the dishes is also beautiful. They tell me they also have a fixed price menu for lunch; definitely worth a try, so I'll be back for sure. The quality/price ratio is also good. Thank you Marina for introducing me to this restaurant.

Personale accogliente, preparato ed attento.
Qui è possibile fare passeggiate a cavallo o pernottare immersi nella natura, ed acquistare prodotti dell'azienda agricola...un viaggio dei sensi a 360° che vale la pena fare. Noi non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
Consigliatissimo!!!

23/02/2024: Spit-roasted chicken as it should be done, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. Every 15 days I make a trip there to pick it up, but it's a good idea to book it, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.
14/02/2024: The best chicken in all of Bologna, beautiful, fragrant and tasty, and the potatoes are excellent too. The place is very clean, the owner very professional and friendly, excellent quality and price

29/03/2024: Very tough, inedible pork ribs. I've always taken them to other Old Wild Wests. I won't be returning here.
17/03/2024: I had a good time at this place the first time and I go back often. The bill is average (depends on what you get), the food is very good and the waiters are extremely helpful. The combination of these elements made my dining experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good burgers, attentive service and a welcoming environment.
(The desserts are discreet, obviously not made by them)
I would also add that those times that I forgot to book they very politely always found me a place making me wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

08/03/2024: Second time at this place, terrible experience.
Dinner on March 8th, normally not a very full place, 1 hour and a half to wait for 2 sandwiches, once they arrived one of them was wrong, I returned the wrong sandwich and chips (added and paid for).
They bring me another wrong one, different from the one I originally ordered, and the chips are gone...
The only positive thing was the food was good both starter and sandwiches but I would firmly say that I will not return again.

14/11/2023: Ristorante "di montagna" con velleità di eleganza, mangiato bene , ma non eccezionale, soprattutto considerando il prezzo esagerato.
Porzioni "centellinate" anche di alimenti non pregiati (antipasti e dolci) nonostante prezzi esagerati; ci siamo alzati da tavola non sazi nonostante un conto da salasso. Buona la qualità ma sicuramente un'esperienza da non ripetere a questi prezzi !!!

04/02/2024: Classico esempio di come una cornice caratteristica, rustica, casareccia dove il cibo la fa da padrone viene rovinato da un atteggiamento arrogante e altezzosso della cassiera al momento del pagamento. Peccato era per noi una certezza prima di oggi.
28/01/2024: Diciamo che questo posto è sopravvalutato.
Gli antipasti caldi sono arrivati freddi, il tartufo era insapore, i taglieri di affettati caldi e le crescentine sembravano gomma. Le fiorentine ?! Un ammasso di carne buttate sulla pietra. Le cotolette dei bambini dure e le patatine ghiacciate. Le bevande ci sono arrivate a fine pasto, dopo averle chieste diverse volte.
Personale però cordiale, anche se un po’ lento. Molto buoni i dolci.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato.
Il locale comunque è molto bello, curato e pulito.
Da rivedere.

il piatto “straccetti tricolore” nella foto era pieno di carne su di un letto di rucola ma una volta arrivato al tavolo era un campo di rucola nel quale bisognava cercare la carne…il mio hamburger il fried chicken burgher in foto sembrava appetitoso con insalata , pomodoro e cotoletta di pollo in realtà era privo del pomodoro con qualche pezzetto d’insalata e una cotoletta normalissima all’interno…fatto presente il tutto alla responsabile di sala e la risposta è stata: i piatti sono secondo le ns. linea guida di preparazione e se ha qualcosa da segnalare di farlo alla loro direzione…
Se alla clientela fai vedere un menù con foto è inevitabile il confronto e se non corrisponde penso sia pubblicità ingannevole….o sbaglio?????

31/12/2023: I spent New Year's Eve at this property and it was a real rip-off.
For a €70 menu (!!) we were given food from the work canteen and I apologize to the work canteens because I am offending them.
The food is self-service and the dishes run out while there are people queuing.
The location is poor to say the least in a basement once used as a children's playroom and reconfigured with some ugly screens.
Payment was asked for upfront and we were not told how dinner was until we had already paid.
Scammers!

11/03/2024: Terza esperienza in un fast food di questa catena e devo dire che le musica è sempre la stessa: qualità bassissima a prezzi non adeguati. Staff poco cortese. Pulizia piuttosto scarsa.
16/01/2024: Forse più bassi...in genere prendiamo carne rossa, non sempre buona a volte si a volte non di buona qualità e dura. Ci piaceva il piatto Gran Canyon ma ultimamente è veramente poco buono con poca qualità specialmente la verdura che quasi non si mangia. Peccato come dicevo a volte abbiamo mangiato bene x prezzo e qualità.
