07/04/2024: Small gem of a bistro, in Via P. di Belmonte, with a very well-kept, warm, welcoming outdoor area in an easy-modern style. Essential menu, including traditional Sicilian and international dishes, including tongs, pleasantly elaborated, paying attention to the seasonality of the raw materials used. Particularly positive note goes to their home made breads and pastas. Decent wine list, unfortunately, latent in the section dedicated to bubbles, full-bodied, instead of excellent cocktails. Friendly, fast helpful service, where a friendly, funny and thoughtful "Patron" is the key. Excellent value for money, especially for the excellent The Fork discounts promptly applied

06/04/2024: Our first meal in Palermo. Wonderful food and the highlight is the service and friendliness of the owners and staff. We will definitely be back!

07/04/2024: The third time I go, the first 2 times I was impressed, the location deserves it, but if I have to drive 30/40 minutes for the quality of the food eaten the last time, then we're not there. Starters and pizzas with lots and lots of oil. This weighs down and ruins everything. Staff very attentive to customers, fast and smiling. Prices have risen quite a bit over time, and parking along the street.

31/03/2024: Very good meat even if the cuts are quite abundant and by abundant I mean more than 300 g each. I would say that it is better to go at least in 3/4 so you can divide the pieces and also the price because it is a little high even if it is worth it. Friendly and welcoming owner.

10/03/2024: The food definitely good. Prices are high but wine is the one with the highest mark-up. Meat costs from 28 to 65 euros per portion (300 grams). So it means that the meat that costs less, they charge over 100 eur/kg (really too much). Furthermore, as can be seen from the receipt, we paid 60 euros for a bottle of aperitif (we had asked for a classic method bubbles aperitif). We never expected 60 euros for a bottle, we expected max 20-22 euros. Then we asked for 1 grappa, and the owner brought 4 glasses insisting that all of us men taste it. Those 4 mini glasses of grappa cost us 24 euros and we hadn't even asked for them. I don't know how it's used in Argentina, but in our country bitters, especially if not requested, are OFFERED. Obviously, as in the photo, the receipt is non-fiscal. Custom in every country apparently.

The staff is courteous, now there is also live music which represents an added value. The cocktails are balanced. 26/03/2024: 5 stars are not enough, 10 would be needed... and praise. Exquisite dishes. I wanted stuffed pasta and the Director had it prepared especially for me. The chef kneaded the dough and prepared the filling on the spot, the result was sublime, very fresh red prawn, pasta rolled thin to perfection and an exceptional flavour. For the second course I took swordfish rolls and also in this case the taste was exceptional. Very fresh swordfish and roll prepared and cooked on the spot and you can tell very well from the goodness of the dish. Then what about the bread, fried gnocco, breadsticks cooked in a wood oven, all exceptional and also freshly prepared. A unique restaurant because no one cooks on the spot, but prepares everything beforehand. Compliments to the Chef, with a capital "C". The staff were also friendly and professional, I was convinced that the manager was the owner, because his dedication and care is typical of the owner and, instead, before leaving I discovered that he was not the owner. I compliment him because it is difficult to find collaborators who manage a place as if it were their own. Lastly, I focus on the location, a spectacular view of the female island. The next time I'm in Palermo I will definitely come back to eat here, without a shadow of a doubt.

25/03/2024: Buona la selezione di vini. La selezione delle carni non è male e neanche la qualità ma è il rapporto con il prezzo che mi lascia perplesso. Ho assaggiato la tartare e a mio avviso c'è di meglio, ma comunque non male. Ho assaggiato un primo, il tris di ragù. Il ragù era abbastanza insipido. Con o senza condimento, il piatto sarebbe stato uguale. Ho assaggiato le ribs di maiale, non male, edibili, ma anche in questo caso ne ho mangiato di migliori. Insomma, piatti mediocri che sono stati poi pagati più del necessario. Il dessert abbondantemente dimenticabile. Il cameriere ha elencato i dessert della casa tra cui un tiramisù fatto al momento. Curioso, l'ho provato. Il savoiardo, essendo stato il tiramisù preparato al momento, era secco. La crema al mascarpone troppo fluida e il tutto mi risultava slegato. Peccato perché visto il conto elevato mi aspettavo di meglio. Il servizio è stato molto gentile e preparato e spezzo una lancia in loro favore, soprattutto per la scelta del vino.

08/01/2024: Pranzo in famiglia a base di carne. Cibo ottimo, specialmente graditi gli antipasti (tartare di carne fassona e sushi di carne). Un must se si vuole mangiare carne a Cefalu'.
