01/04/2024: We had dinner with a tartare and a crouton with lard, walnuts and honey as an appetizer and a Tomahawk steak to split in two, all accompanied by an excellent wine, all very good and fairly priced, absolutely worth trying again.
30/03/2024: We have been frequenting Val di Sole for years and this butcher's restaurant is one of a kind, a guarantee and a certainty, the brothers Andrea and Elia, in addition to the quality of their cuisine, always make you feel at home.

03/04/2024: Nice atmosphere and good food. My hamburger was good but the children's carnesal salad with beans was amazing.
01/04/2024: Dinner on Saturday evening with 2 Florentine steaks and pork sausages. All very good and confirms expectations. Very good staff. Consistent prices. Will come back to try the other dishes on the menu.

06/04/2024: Secluded position for a very well-kept unconventional location. I would have expected more from the menu, I found it quite heavy and cloying in many courses. The tortel de potatoes was decidedly greasy with questionable cold cuts. The other dishes we tried were more pleasant.
16/03/2024: The place is intimate with a slightly typical and slightly modern look that manages to be warm and airy.
The staff is welcoming, pleasant and prepared.
The meat dishes are superb. The Tonco de pontesel is worth a visit and the braised meat is unforgettable. The potato tortel is excellent.
Good value for money.
The night view you find upon exiting is the icing on the cake.

30/03/2024: After an hour of waiting with 2 small girls, they served the next table who had arrived 10 minutes ago. Embarrassing staff, they don't give a damn. Of course we got up and left

12/10/2023: The Melanzane Parm Lasagna was good, thick sauce and the bread was nice to clean the plate. The Chicken Salad was rather dull. All in all, not bad for a poolside restaurant. Palm tree surrounding was nice.

When it was served, the waitress dropped the shrimp skewer from the plate onto the floor. I assumed that this would be given to me fresh without me having to say anything! But this was not the case. This annoyed me a bit since I had paid for it!
Apart from that good …

27/03/2024: Good service (we waited a bit long) but terrible food for the dish I had, the rooster. It was clearly reheated, not fresh and completely burnt on one side.
I could only eat the two thighs and one wing because I was so hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. The rest was absolutely inedible. When I told the cashier I was told that I had to send it back intact and that their cockerel is made like this (no comment)
The other dishes are decent but not up to the price.

Il locale, una salumeria braceria di grande qualità, è accogliente e sobrio, ma moderno e giovanile. Il servizio professionale e di grande cortesia. È possibile scegliere una grande varietà di carne, ma anche di panini davvero ottimi. Ideale per gli amanti della brace. Tutti i piatti includono patatine fritte di contorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da non trascurare: il dessert, assolutamente consigliato il dolce alla vaniglia con fichi e nocciole.
06/02/2024: Qualità eccellente, servizio ottimo, gestori/camerieri gentilissimi, servizio veloce, prezzo nella media. Ampia disponibilità a cambiare alcuni contorni previsti compresi nei piatti, senza aggiunta di sovrapprezzo. Tutto squisito veramente !!
