04/04/2024: In a side street of Via del Corso there is this well-kept restaurant where you can appreciate the friendliness and competence of the staff and enjoy excellent and well-presented dishes, the local cuisine blends with the French one and the combination is successful.
Low prices in relation to the quality offered.
02/04/2024: We celebrated our 12th year anniversary dinner at Burro Salato and we are glad we did.
Food is amazing, they deserve a Michelin star! The best food we have eaten in Matera!

Exclusivity, refinement and quality of the raw materials, combined with the variety of flavors closely related to the seasonality of the products, make this ice cream shop one of a kind, characteristics that confirm the craftsmanship of the product. The ice cream is produced daily by the owner inside the open artisan laboratory, in fact once all the ice cream produced has been finished, being a small family-run ice cream shop, it closes to reopen the next day with a new and fresh production. In short, an ice cream shop worth trying and worth waiting in long queues for, fully rewarded by the unique taste, goodness and quality.

02/04/2024: I had the pleasure of returning to the hotel after a long time. Courtesy, cleanliness, friendliness and customer care distinguish this family-run hotel and restaurant. Worthy of note are the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. I would also like to point out the excellent cuisine of the restaurant, attentive to territoriality and the quality of the products.
13/02/2024: Nel centro di Stigliano, ristrutturato con gusto, molto pulito e profumato.
Nella camera anche un’angolo con le tisane.
Buonissima e ricca la prima colazione. proprietario accogliente e gentile, ti fa sentire a casa. Hanno anche un ottimo bar e ristorante di cucina tipica.

31/03/2024: We are a couple out for a motorbike ride….. to see the Cathedral of Acerenza and taste the local cuisine…….. and a pleasant surprise we stopped to eat in this restaurant, what can I say…. suggestive place, impeccable service and excellent cuisine. Traditional but revisited cuisine, I recommend everyone to try it

We had the mixed starters (infinite and all very good) and a mushroom first course (well done).
Among the positive notes are the youthful and very friendly staff.
The only flaw: the menus were not offered to us but everything was explained verbally, with the risk of possible surprises in the prices which fortunately did not exist (the final bill was very honest compared to the quantity and quality eaten). However, you should always be able to see the menu 😉

31/03/2024: Everything was excellent, a rustic place, a fun and welcoming chef, in short it can be defined as a crazy culinary experience.
04/03/2024: Destiny, or perhaps the distant past brought us here; after having unknowingly denied to Federico (who I hope reads this review) a certain acquaintance with some Ferrara people of Calabrian origins (Oriolo) and residents in Bari, my girlfriend and I, despite having disturbed them at 5 in the afternoon, were pleasantly surprised both by the hospitality and the incredible menu proposed by the Chef.
A very tasty and surprising discovery of Lucanian cuisine accompanied by Federico's historical and family stories.
I recommend anyone who ventures to the Pollino to make a short stop in Terranova di Pollino to discover, in addition to the Luna Rossa restaurant, a romantic balcony overlooking the Pollino mountains.
Ps: After telling my father this story, I now know that he too was there a few years ago and that my grandfather Clemente knew the chef and the place.
A big hug to Federico... look at how the world is so big but also extremely small

Walking along the way, but hungry, we looked and saw a different place. Open kitchen, preparations on display and lots of joy. Ready. Come in and enjoy typical and delicious food. It was worth a lot.

07/04/2024: Two of us ate, we didn't try the kitchen but only the pizzeria, the choice on the menu was limited to just five types of pizza, they were served quickly but they arrived with a dough that wasn't cooked well, ingredients that weren't of excellent quality and an uncooked tomato, for a fairly high price. Awkward service

Excellent staff.
The cook is an extraordinary person.
Fair price....all that's missing is the cod dessert.
Usually it's always salty, this isn't the third time I've been back and we will be back.
26/01/2024: Place discovered in the company of friends. Their prerogative is cod which they cook very well and in many variations, one better than the other.
