24/10/2023: A familiar and simple environment. Mrs. Angelina was very sweet, as was her husband. For health reasons I couldn't eat salt: they were very kind to accommodate me even though it was 7.30pm and there were only two of us cooking and serving. I also really appreciated the fact that they worked hard to propose so many alternatives. Aware that it was a very uncomfortable situation, I am even more satisfied with how the evening went.
