Flaws: the burrata is not particularly tasty nor particularly creamy. I expected the bacon to be crunchy, but cut and cooked like that it was difficult to chew, so I had to eat it separately. 12/09/2023: Great disappointment for a bar called Florida, I remember the Florida when it was near the town hall and precisely next to Scamarcia, after which it moved and opened near the Gambero Rosso and near the railway club, here is a historic bar in Crotone, after years that I wasn't coming to Crotone, as a Crotonese I was very disappointed, with friends, wife and children, we went for an aperitif, the waiters were unprofessional, the aperitif was actually an aperitif for me, even if some of the products he brought us were frozen, the aperitif was worthy of the name Florida, with a beautiful sea view and a beautiful location, the biggest disappointment was a few days later, after a tour of the best pastry shops in Crotone, we decided to go and have breakfast at Florida, having arrived we sat down and then the waiter arrives to take our orders, no cold coffee because according to the waiter they had just made them, and it was 09.30 am, we order the legendary sweet Graffa typical of Crotone and we hear that they only have staples croissants (brioche) we order and the disappointment that the croissants were not croissants that are found in all pastry shops and bars but rather frozen croissants the same ones I eat in Milan with a touch of cream what a disappointment, then the legendary Florida at 09.30 am on Tuesday morning there was no cold coffee, there were no typical Crotone sweets and pastries for breakfast I order a hot white milk and they bring me a cold white milk, I called the waiter and said sorry I had asked for a hot white milk and the same one with a boastful air tells me that the milk is hot and holds out his hand to check the temperature and without even apologizing he takes it away to heat it rude not to mention the very high bill they charge for table service at Venice levels what a disappointment. But I say you made a mistake with the milk, apologize, rude person without a mask. I will definitely never go back there again nor do I recommend it due to poor service. Poor also because it does not have Crotone profits such as staples and croissants. Afterwards it is said that tourists complain and certainly such a historic bar in a beautiful location on the seafront does not keep Crotone profits but rather frozen products and paid more than what they see in a pastry shop which are delicious and full of cream. As far as I'm concerned it was rejected, much less I recommend it NOT RECOMMENDED returned today 12/09/2023 and it got worse and worse we took two fruit-flavoured soft drinks which tasted neither like soft drinks nor fruit, a Negroni which only had the color similar to the Negroni in effect colored water with 30 ice cubes and damn me that I returned to this place in M..... two chips put on the cross and a Becks beer we paid €25 that's why someone who comes from outside speaks badly of Calabria and the Calabrians, actually, I stand corrected, he only speaks badly of the Calabrians because our land and wonderful I from Crotonese bring people from the north great figure of m.... Which I had as an aperitif but what an aperitif with ice water and two chips placed in the aperitif of m…. For me this is the last time I go to Florida, I feel sorry for them, and what a friend from Crotone told me is true, and a country with no future is a total disappointment🤬🤬🤬

28/12/2023: Authentic and very good food at very fair prices - be sure to have the chef recommend a dish. The wine is from the area and we enjoyed it excellently. The sugo recipes are all old family recipes and incredibly harmonious on the tongue.

The calzone, okay, I'll tell you what to do, is irresistible; its dough is often just right and super soft, and it gives off a D E L I Z I O S O scent! Two versions are available: spicy and classic. The place is a bit small but outside there are some tables and chairs where you can sit and eat in peace; the environment is informal, the place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is always friendly and attentive to customer needs, which helps make the dining experience even more enjoyable. The panzerotti are prepared with fresh ingredients and the variety of fillings is truly wide, satisfying everyone's tastes.
