I have eaten a lot of meat and consequently I have also tried many butcher shops but since I discovered this butcher shop on tik tok and after trying it I always go there, to understand how good it is and how much I like it, just think that I travel 40 km there and 40 return to go there, Trentola Ducenta was already special for me because my mother was from there and many relatives live there in Trentola Ducenta but now it is super since I discovered De Marco Carni. Super quality and prices even lower than the others (certainly due to the quantity they sell) you take a number to be served and it is always full of people and for me this was the first input when I arrived the first time (the people of that area he understands the good stuff and how)

17/03/2024: A pleasant surprise. Great expertise in "catering" or in offering an experience of "taste" and convivial pleasure. A small place but with a "big" kitchen. Everything excellent and of good quality. From the cold cuts, I hadn't eaten a "soppressata" like this for many years, passing through the first courses, which were also abundant as well as good, continuing with the second courses to reach the dessert, wheat cake flavored with angel flowers, as per the original recipe. A tasting menu with a choice of three first courses and two second courses with various starters and plenty of wine, water and dessert, which at just 50 euros per couple offers excellent value for money. But I have to give an excellent for the perfect service in creating the right atmosphere for lunch with friends.

23/02/2024: The pizza was excellent, truly "rustic" as I like it, the chicken was fresh but unfortunately a little behind in cooking in some places still pink. But it must have been an oversight. However, for €10 family pizza with 8 slices and 1 skewered chicken, I would say more than convenient.
