11/10/2023: But please! Please don't waste the stars on this place. They brought me a first course and the starter had yet to arrive. They placed it aside and waited for me to finish the starter to put the same dish as before, obviously cold, on the table. Spaghetti with lobster. Too bad I asked for it with lobster (it cost twice as much with lobster). Are you making me pay €38 for cold spaghetti that I didn't even ask for? Oh well, the expense will have been an investment in understanding where not to go next time.

19/10/2023: Never again in this place, I was in August and it was a bad experience. The place itself is not bad because the swimming pool is quite large and there is also a pool for the little ones. But since it is all grass it is full, and I mean full of wasps and horseflies, you have to do the slalom to walk. One of my daughters couldn't even get into the water, the other poor thing tried to do the slide but was stung as she went up. All this in the first 10 minutes of stay. The lifeguards were nice, but they were shocked and crying so I preferred to leave immediately. I tried to ask for at least a part of the refund because we really hadn't benefited from anything except the inconvenience, but the lady at the cash register was really rude in answering me and obviously not even apologizing she didn't care. Even just the gesture of giving something back for 40 euros spent in a 10 minute stay I think would have been nice. As for the wasps she justified herself by saying that it's normal, but carrying out a disinfestation isn't I think it implies something, other swimming pools are not in those conditions. On the same day my uncle was stung on the foot after 2 minutes

27/02/2024: FOR NOW MY ULTRA POSITIVE REVIEW IS FOR YLENIA AND PIERPAOLO WHO ARE UNIQUE KINDNESS AND AVAILABILITY. THEY FOLLOWED US DURING THE ENTIRE BOOKING PHASE AND SATISFIED US WITH EVERY REQUEST.

05/02/2024: I stayed for a week in this hotel and found the staff to be professional and available for any customer needs. A note of merit goes to the waitress who, without ever losing her cheerfulness, was able to handle in some situations customers who were not at all polite, who forgot they were on holiday. Another point in favor of this structure is certainly the strategic position, a few steps from the port of Casamicciola for those arriving by ferry.

27/12/2023: This was my favorite meal in Ischia! It was very good and the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. It is run by a family and you can feel the family love, but also while still having a nice, upscale dining experience. The staff knew we were on our honeymoon and brought us a special desert to celebrate. Highly recommend!

08/10/2023: Si racconta che una volta fosse uno dei locali top dell'isola , ai tempi forse della buonanima di Rizzoli. Noi lo abbiamo provato nella recente vacanza ischitana ed è stata una grande delusione . Locale affollato quasi esclusivamente da turisti stranieri ( e già questo , ci si perdoni, non è un bel biglietto da visita , visto che inglesi , statunitensi , tedeschi e compagnia bella non godono propriamente di fama di grandi gourmet) .Ma veniamo alla nostra cena : piatti cucinati in maniera del tutto approssimativa , privi di un preciso timbro gustativo . Un esempio per tutti : una pasta mischiata con fagioli e cozze che , assaporata in una qualsiasi taverna napoletana, ti fa letteralmente leccare le dita, mentre qui era del tutto slegata ed insipida. Volenteroso , ma molto impreciso anche il servizio . Assolutamente non consono il conto . In sintesi molte pretese da locale gourmet per niente mantenute . Nell'isola ci sono tanti ristorantini e trattorie di ottimo livello e a prezzi corretti . Non vale la pena farsi spennare per niente.

25/03/2024: We would not recommend this restaurant. I had a salad with hard and greasy croutons. Three hours after eating it, I still feel nauseous. The pizzas were difficult to cut due to the tough and limp dough. But what we found worst was the dirty toilets.

25/03/2024: The “Touri-Pizzeria” on site It's "always" open and offers pure mediocrity. The food and ambience would have deserved 3 stars - if - yes, if the waiter hadn't offered us a "short drink", which we naively accepted, but which we were then charged 4.50 (if the innkeeper offers us a schnapps, that is). it's on the house). So the nightcap turned into a rip-off and 3 stars turned into mediocre, 2 stars better go to the pizza stand around the corner! Review refers to the restaurant.

07/11/2023: We didn't stay but just took an umbrella and ate something. Overall pleasant and above all central.

28/10/2023: There The structure is very beautiful, I was sorry to be asked for a surcharge to use the beach on the day of departure! Considering that the stay was in October I expected greater flexibility! Nothing to say for everything else. The location is wonderful

11/09/2023: The location is nice, overlooking the sea, but the owner is rude and not at all welcoming, she almost seems to be doing you a favor. We were both at the beach and at the restaurant, everything was poorly or not looked after at all At lunch we were even served a different second course than the one agreed upon, saying that the squid had run out, but only after having already brought us the anchovies, without even asking if we wanted them. I highly recommend the lady to change profession
