24/03/2024: Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo preventivamente prenotato un tavolo per le ore 21:30 e, pur essendo arrivati in anticipo, ci siamo accomodati, dopo varie sollecitazioni, solamente alle 22:35. Tralasciando il fatto che siamo stati collocati in un punto in cui inspiegabilmente arrivava molto vento ed abbiamo dovuto cenare con i cappotti, dopo averci servito le frittatine in breve tempo, abbiamo atteso più di un’ora per le pizze, mentre persone arrivate ed accomodatesi dopo di noi sono state servite e sono andate via molto prima. Il servizio è stato estremamente lento e il personale in sala quasi assente, dal momento che non siamo riusciti a far presente a nessuno il fatto che stessimo attendendo da molto tempo. Siamo stati, quindi, costretti a trascorrere un’intera serata in pizzeria e a cenare a mezzanotte inoltrata, il che è assolutamente inaccettabile. Per quanto la qualità del cibo sia indiscutibilmente buona e l’atmosfera del locale suggestiva e molto elegante, il servizio è stato pessimo e questo, purtroppo, incide tantissimo ed induce a non tornarci mai più.

03/02/2024: Esperienza pessima!! Sono andata stasera ma non ci andrò mai più!! Non parlo della pizza che sembrava molto buona, almeno quella del mio fidanzato lo era… Dico sembrava perché nella mia pizza ho trovato un pezzo di grasso del prosciutto con attaccato un pezzo di ferro che ho anche addentato oltretutto…. Ciò non dovrebbe succedere ma può capitare… Ahimè non ho fatto foto per educazione e proprio perché credo che non bisogna puntare il dito, tuttavia ciò che mi ha davvero deluso sono stati gli atteggiamenti della credo proprietaria o comunque la ragazza dietro al bancone Dopo aver spiegato la situazione si è scusata ma ciò non ha precluso il pagamento della pizza NON MANGIATA… Pago e ringrazio sempre ma con una situazione del genere ci si aspetta che la stessa non venga pagata dato che è stato mangiato un solo pezzo derivate dal ritrovamento di questo corpo estraneo…. Davvero delusa….. A mai più rivederci

I found kindness and helpfulness 🙂 Pleasant atmosphere 😊 Normal prices on average; a little excessive for the sandwiches which, without chips, are around €10. As with food, it would also be useful to write the drinks menu complete with beer and wines with their respective prices, so that you can choose calmly based on your needs and possibilities.
