13/03/2024: Cozy, modern place, elegant but informal atmosphere. The chef, friendly and extroverted, welcomed us and put us at ease. We let ourselves be guided by his hands during dinner with a 6-course fish menu. From the first course, we felt the passion, love and care that the chef puts behind each dish. Fresh fish, tasty dishes, defined flavours, creative combinations. The risoni with herring broth and colatura marinated anchovies are fantastic, not to mention the dessert: the "Borghese cannoli". Advised!

04/03/2024: Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, sia alla carta che con i menu degustazione da 45, 60 e 80€ ambiente curato, servizio attento e puntuale nonostante il locale fosse pieno, lo chef è estroso e lo si percepisce dagli abbinamenti innovativi e ricercati con un faro sempre puntato al territorio. Carta dei vini internazionale ben variegata. Cucina di mare di livello tecnico elevato, piatti non scontati e mai banali, con ottimi accostamenti vegetali, valorizzati da cotture magistrali. Un’ottima tappa nel panorama gastronomico dell’intero agro. Menzione speciale per le cotture al fuoco e per i primi piatti di pregevole fattura. Il cannolo borghese è over the top. Unica pecca, il locale non è ben insonorizzato, ma era sabato.

I thank the director, Ambra, for following me in everything, for satisfying all my requests and for taking care of every detail that made this day special. 07/03/2024: Quiet and green resort near Napoli, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast for relaxing, staying overnight but also having fun in the pool or partying. The gardens as well as the houses and rooms of the resort were very well maintained and modern. The staff was friendly. The Italian freshly made coffee selection for breakfast was very good. The breakfast can be improved. There was enough and it tasted good so far. But it would be even better.

18/12/2023: Credo che questo sia uno dei locali migliori della Campania. Sia per bere un cocktail innovativo, sia per un aperitivo classico, sia per mangiare qualcosa di interessante (con un prezzo veramente ragionevole). Consiglio vivamente di andare, per una tappa o ogni giorno.

28/02/2024: Last Sunday, takeaway purchase, at the sweets counter: inability to manage the order and times, customers who had arrived after being served before, semifreddos that touched the customers' hair as they were placed on the counter. Please kindly keep the semifreddo in the fridge, but keep it out. But the owner gave me some waffles. In summary, good products, some excellent, but poor organization and service.

04/02/2024: Bel locale al centro di Nocera Inferiore, in 4 + 2 bimbe abbiamo preso: 1 pasta e patate abbastanza buona, porzione abbondante; 1 pizza bianca con prosciutto cotto, buona, 1 Margherita, buona. Poi 1 bistecca di marchigiana ed 1 bistecca di frisona, carni buone, ma portate già fredde a tavola, fortunatamente con una piastra in pietra lavica per terminare la cottura; poi una tagliata con funghi porcini, buona. Il tutto accompagnato da 2 porzioni di patate al forno, ottime ed 1 bella bottiglia di rossk Falciano del Massico. Servizio veloce, personale gentile. Trovare carni buone sotto i 50 euro al kg ormai è un miraggio, quindi un plauso alla Braseria. Unica pecca l'illuminazione, il nostro tavolo era poco illuminato, alla lunga stanca. Totale 150 euro.

03/02/2024: Mangiato pizza e frittura… la frittura di paste cresciute era dura, i crocchè unti. La pizza nella norma. No credo di tornarci anche se la carne sarebbe da provare. Bello il posto.

19/02/2024: The place is also open early in the morning, when I arrived here after a 2.5 hour drive. And finding the staff quick and attentive, and the delicious danishes with raisins is the best you could ask for in a breakfast.
