08/03/2024: If you don't call first the waiting times are long, at least 30 minutes. The food is very good, cooked well and very tasty! After making 30 Euros of takeaway, pay 0.50 cents separately. a small box of soy sauce and 0.01 cent. the bag was annoying!

30/03/2024: I had a really good time. Lake view room equipped with everything I needed, clean and scented towels. What makes the real difference in this hotel is the heated thermal pool. I have never seen such warm pools in any other hotel. Beautiful. Excellent breakfast and dinner. One thing I didn't like is the quite expensive paid parking. It would be nice if it was already included in the stay and not an addition. It is a hotel mainly for elderly people but despite this I found myself very well. I'll be back!

24/03/2024: This hotel, recently renovated, offers comfortable rooms, a fantastic position in relation to the center of Sirmione, a wonderful thermal pool facing the lake, a new, well-organised and pleasant Spa area where you can enjoy the sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room. Impeccable cleanliness! Convenient internal parking. Very good breakfast. The only sore point concerns the reception: the night service is incompetent and the day service lacks savoir faire. During the night of our stay, around 11.30pm, the fire alarm went off in a room next to ours and lasted a couple of hours, waking up all the guests who went down to the hall. The doorman was unable to deactivate the alarm, despite the guests inviting him to call the fire brigade and go and personally check room 223 from which the alarm was triggered. He simply called the room without going to check. It's impossible to understand why the alarm went off... In any case, the night was compromised until 01.30. When we left the following day, not only were there no apologies for what had happened, but the full rate was charged without any consideration. I worked in hotel management and if this had happened in my hotel, I certainly would not have charged for parking as a sign of respect. Sin!

03/04/2024: The food was really excellent, the service quite fast, even though the restaurant was really full. But I have to point out a VERY serious mistake; I ordered a slice of grilled salmon and unfortunately I found 3 I SAY 3 huge bones...luckily I saw them before eating them.......

27/07/2023: I went for lunch and I can say that I was welcomed into a beautiful room and ate some excellent sushi. Furthermore, the price per person of the all you can eat is fair. The plating is impeccable and the service as well; I absolutely recommend going to eat at this restaurant.

16/03/2024: I returned this evening with my family after months, I don't know what happened in the meantime to different months ago, I found myself having very long waiting times. 45 before the first dish came out and then the second dish arrived after another 10 minutes and so on saying the other 2 dishes.

06/04/2024: 1 star because you can't give zero. Inedible, first time I left all the dishes in half. The quality of the fish is not poor, it's okay that it's all you can eat but everything has a limit, and I really like sushi. I recommend removing octopus with potatoes from the menu because it's illegal. Not like the people who give 5 stars are used to eating. Good service
