31/03/2024: I hardly had any difficulty finding the right adjectives to accurately describe such perfection. Enchanting location, opulent and rich as the ancient Venetian noble homes once were, the upholstery resembles British living rooms. Mirrors, silverware, fresh flowers and books, lots of books. The dishes enchanted every one of my taste buds, refined and bold at the same time. It's impossible not to dip the freshly baked focaccia in the accompanying sauces. Impeccable service, extremely professional and helpful. Excellence, the Quistello Embassy is excellence.

23/03/2024: The typical stuffed pasta is delicious, try the agnoli in broth with Lambrusco. I appreciated their version of sbrisolona and the impeccable service. The only flaw is the location a little out of the way from the centre.

20/03/2024: Refined atmosphere and very courteous staff. The food was good and, apart from the ravioli which were rather small in portion size, everything was much appreciated. Sophisticated choices of particular and pleasant combinations. Several parking options nearby. Adequate prices.

31/03/2024: If there is anyone who can remind us what it means to feel the tasty and original flavor of giardiniera, mustard, cracklings, crackers, tortelli, focaccia, condiment sauces, leavened sweets, creams and desserts, but at the same time combine well-known flavors with a touch innovative and experimental, this is the group of young chefs at Scalco Grasso. Worth trying, for the care taken in the conception and preparation, the attention to every detail and the pleasure of eating delicacies.

04/04/2024: For the type of restaurant, and the position where it is located, it represents the best in the square... in short, if you want to eat Mantovano, you have to try it to believe it!

28/03/2024: Excellent quality of the raw material. Exquisite and abundant dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location: a little neglected, visibly not renovated recently but it has great potential, a little would be enough.

05/04/2024: We stopped by chance on our way home and it was a pleasant surprise! It's not the usual restaurant with the usual dishes! They have a particular, sophisticated menu and I personally liked it a lot!

20/03/2024: Nice atmosphere.. Prices a little expensive. A plate of pasta €20, among other things too much salt in the pasta. The staff is also kind to our 4-legged friends.

30/03/2024: Stopover during a trip between Rimini and Madonna di Campiglio, it was certainly a pleasant discovery! Fascinating location on the outside and welcoming on the inside, superlative staff... welcoming, fun and helpful, food for refined palates: we had dinner with an excellent fried gnocco and cured meats and soft risotto with Lambrusco and pastured pork belly, well balanced and tasty . I also heard the risotto alla pilota and the rib-eye, taken by other people at the table, were excellent! Well done guys, keep it up!

25/02/2024: A historic trattoria in Solferino, the quintessential town of good food and home-made trattorias. The environment, although welcoming, is a mix of ancient and modern, but the service as well as the food is of a high standard. Prices are well aligned with the competition. Really recommended.

02/04/2024: excellent experience, really good dishes: the risotto alla Mantovana is served directly from the pan and there is plenty of it. Delicious asparagus pie and chocolate salami rated 10, central trattoria and excellent service with really friendly guys.

30/03/2024: Location 8, small but warm and intimate. Service 10, the owner is a fantastic and knowledgeable person who loves his job. Menu 8, excellent traditional menu, beef hindquarters one of the best cuts of meat I've ever tasted, good Chinese menu but I don't love that cuisine. Count 10, excellent value for money.

04/03/2024: A unique and particular place, given the fact that you find Asian cuisine dishes together with typical Mantuan ones. The Chinese appetizers were all delicious, an explosion of flavors that you rarely find around. I also had a cacio e pepe and I must say it was done to perfection. Really pleasant discovery!

28/03/2024: Two of us ate in this tavern recommended by several people who go there regularly but evidently since we were two young guys going there for the first time we didn't have the same treatment that we had been guaranteed. The waitress was quite arrogant, it almost seemed like she was too much. We asked her for a glass of wine which she quickly poured for us without even making sure it was to our liking. Poor starter, good tartare. Ice cream arrived completely frozen and given the crystals it was probably dated. I don't recommend it.

05/04/2024: My wife and I came to use a wonderbox that was about to expire, fortunately the owner accepted the voucher even though she was no longer included in the wonderbox program. We ate a platter of really excellent cold cuts with fantastic onions, the wine in the glass was very good Lambrusco, then we had two risottos alla pilota and... Fantastic! I was curious to try real pilot rice, coming from the typical creamed risotto of Verona, and I was surprised at how good it was. Finally we had two really good desserts (outside the wonderbox): Belgian chocolate pudding and Elvezia cake. Both amazing, we split them up to taste them and so we finished on a high note. As you have understood, the experience was more than positive, if we pass through Mantua again we will certainly return, because the rest of the menu was very interesting and the rustic and hospitable environment was very welcoming. I highly recommend everyone to go there if you are passing through, we will certainly be back.

02/04/2024: Unfortunately, the waitress didn't feel like serving us 1 hour before closing time, even though tables were free and other people were still at Primi Piatti. We were immediately given a business card from another restaurant, even though we were really looking forward to visiting the restaurant. Very unfortunate. Ps: Restaurant of the business card was closed
