02/03/2024: Sono stato a cena all’osteria micheletti ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Come anticipato abbiamo preso l’uovo poche al tartufo dal gusto molto delicato accompagnato da una spuma al pecorino. Di primo abbiamo preso le pappardelle ripiene alla pasta e patate con brodo dashi al parmigiano e in conclusione un ottimo dolce fatto in casa. Servizio di livello e molto preparati sulla scelda dei vini essendo il cameriere un sommelier. Prezzo allieanto alla tipologia di cucina offerta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

26/03/2024: Simone and his staff welcome you in an enveloping and warm location, in typically Tuscan style and with a beautiful view of the hills of the upper Valdera. The menu is what you expect from such a place, handmade pasta, long cooking, delicious ragù and meat of all kinds. The service is impeccable, perfect times between one course and another. The desserts and house wine are also good. In short, after several attempts I managed to book and I'm not at all surprised that it's always full. I'll definitely put it on my list of favorite places and can't wait to return. Thank you, we had a fantastic Sunday lunch.

06/04/2024: The best meal we had in Tuscany I am glad that we didn’t miss it as we told ourselves that we will definitely go back when we visit Tuscany again! A menu with great options for pasta and meat - we managed to try three pasta - the papadelle with wild boar sauce, black seafood sauce pasta and the special of the day - red shrimp spaghetti. All of them are sooooo tasty in particular the last one (I wanted to lick the plate). The florentina steak was the best we have ever had! Service was lovely - everyone was so warm and friendly even if we couldn’t speak Italian. They even gave my daughter a special surprise when they knew it was her birthday. Love love love this place! Probably a good idea to reserve a table as it is very popular and crowded even on a weekday!

28/03/2024: Extraordinary place, in a stunning setting among the Tuscan hills, it's like a hidden gem. The food is very elaborate, delicious and made of local ingredients! Every little bite takes you to another place of the region. From the salt of Volterra, through a fresh virgin oil, to the local Marzuolo truffles. The service is amazing - a cherry on the cake. Definitely we'll come back!

Let yourself be pampered by the excellent Ludovico who brings the concept of catering back to what it should be: hospitality, competence and professionalism always with a smile and the honesty of the guests. Once upon a time hosts! If you are in the Bolgheri area it is definitely worth a trip! Well done!

11/02/2024: In a historic street of Pisa Artilafo manages to combine an apparent contradiction by offering a refined and familiar environment. Booking is necessary because places are limited. 4 of us had dinner with various combinations of starters, first courses and desserts. Photos are useless, it's better to try it live with Bruno's advice and the smiles and kindness of the staff.

03/04/2024: One evening during the week, in this pleasant place in the historic centre. Pleasant welcome and service, available for a friendly chat. Pleasant dishes for the context with adequate but not exorbitant prices.

02/04/2024: Pro = good quality of ingredients and very pleasant waitress. Cons = portions too small, dishes not very elaborate, price much too high in relation to the size of the dishes. Cafeteria atmosphere... Note: Supplement of 4€ for cutlery.

28/03/2024: Incredible! A highly recommended place, the wines and truffle dishes are spectacular, for dessert we recommend the homemade cheesecake, very good!

25/03/2024: Wow! Authentic Italian Osteria with the most incredible homely food. Not many seats so I recommend reserving or trying your luck as a walk in. Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff & owners & truly a gem!! I was enjoying myself so much I forgot to take pictures!

05/11/2023: Abbiamo pranzato divinamente. Ottime materie prime cucinate come da tradizione. E tanta cura nei dettagli. Gli antipasti variegati e sfiziosi. Il cinghiale e lo spezzatino ottimi. I padroni di casa davvero cordiali ci hanno fatto sentire ben accolti e a nostro agio. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti.

23/10/2023: Excellent I had the helix platter and the beef stew: how good! Every dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Beautiful location and impeccable service. I was very satisfied and will definitely return!

25/03/2024: Excellent regional cuisine, very good truffle which enhances many dishes. Inside, the arrangement of the tables would need to be seriously reviewed, which is the reason for the rating for the atmosphere. Friendly service but a little slow, it takes 3-4 hours for 3 courses plus dessert for a table of 6 people. Which could correspond to the Sunday meal. This comment reflects my personal impressions.

01/01/2024: Ho avuto modo di apprezzare molte volte la qualità, il servizio e l'atmosfera di questo locale, fino a diventarne un cliente assiduo fino a quanto purtroppo nello scorso mese di giugno un incidente stradale si è tristemente portato via Cristiano membro chiave della proprietà e a causa di questa tragedia l'attività è stata sospesa. Auguro che la famiglia possa riuscire superare il terribile evento e voglio con questa recensione ricordarli e incoraggiarli.

29/07/2023: With great sorrow I had to learn today that the owner has passed away following a motorcycle accident. I have visited this excellent place last year with friends three days in a row, and I felt compelled to come here again with my girlfriend just because of the Osteria Del Ghiotto. The exquisite cooking, the friendly welcome, and the impeccable service have stayed in my memory. My deepest condolences to the family and the village for this tragedy.

03/04/2024: Hospitable without being intrusive, they cook excellent traditional Tuscan dishes. All tasty, but not heavy. Honest prices, welcoming place and no parking problems.

06/04/2024: Sophisticated restaurant with delicious food and good wine recommendations. Slightly increased in price. A bit dated and dark inside. We recommend sitting outside in the small piazza. The portions are quite small, but of very good quality. The description of the food is not always accurate. I had a pasta where the saffron was missing. Overall, recommended in the warmer season. Very friendly service, unfortunately as a tourist you are spoken to penetratingly in English.
