28/03/2024: What can I say, Il Maialetto makes the quality of the raw materials its strong point; any dish is an excellence of its sector, from cheeses to cured meats, from side dishes to meats. The atmosphere is rustic but refined, the service is courteous and fast. The restaurant often offers "off the menu" based on availability at the time. Note of merit for the steak, of which the customer chooses the cut and height to his liking. The possibility of choosing wine is also excellent. A warranty

16/03/2024: I went to the restaurant for lunch. Very nice, excellent service and very good dishes too. I specify that we didn't take meat but there was a choice. The desserts are also excellent and the price is good.

01/04/2024: Small and cozy place, very quiet. Paula, the owner, cooks traditional homemade food. All delicious. They have a set 3-course menu for €50. We were served antipasti, artichoke lasagna and ragu rabioli, and finally a plate with lamb shoulder, spinach, homemade potatoes and pork loin in sauce. The dessert was a chocolate and cream mouse covered in a drunk sponge cake. Strong and abundant menu. Elena and Cristina, the staff who attended to us, did not speak Spanish but they went out of their way to communicate and for us to understand them. All wonderful staff.

20/02/2024: We have been to La Bettola several times over time, and have always enjoyed it. All dishes of typical Tuscan and Pistoia cuisine. Good food, nice place, friendly service, dogs welcome. Some dishes I have tasted over time that I have really liked and that I recommend are the crostone with beans and lard, the black cabbage farinata, the prisoner's soup, the tagliolini with lemon with finocchiona ragù, the lampredotto with sauces. I really think we'll be back again!

06/03/2024: Traditional Tuscan restaurant I enjoyed a Fiorentina cooked 'à point' and served in the right way by a kind waiter who completed my meal by bringing a fantasy of sweets washed down with a superlative strawberry grape passito Satisfied!!!

23/03/2024: I went to eat in this restaurant, very punctual for the time, regarding the terrible service, not even time to search the menu card and the waitress immediately showed up to take the order. The starter is not worth the estimated price, the courses did not arrive at the same time, we asked for cheese for the pasta, we arrived home and we are still waiting for it😂. We asked for the dessert menu, it was kindly brought to us and as usual we didn't even have time to open and immediately order, we asked for another 5 minutes to choose the dessert and the waitress got angry she didn't come again and we left without even taking dessert, overall price not bad.

06/04/2024: We were passing through, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent food, rustic setting, exceptional staff. I highly recommend the fillet with green pepper, and the pancakes with ice cream. We will definitely be back.

24/03/2024: We spontaneously went to eat here because we lived in a holiday home around the corner in the mountains, and it was sooo great. Despite the spontaneity, we were allowed to sit down and were warmly served. The owners were very open-minded and friendly, even though we speak really bad Italian. We still communicated well and the food was very fresh and tasty. From the starter to the dessert, everything was as you wished. The team was also very attentive. A clear recommendation! Many many thanks!

06/04/2024: The food was really great and the atmosphere is also nice. The only problem was our waitress who wasn't really helpfull or kind. Other showing us the table were really ok. Nevertheless would defenetly recommend it.

03/04/2024: A true Tuscan delight! We had the service from the beautiful girls Sarah and Rachele, the food was superb and the atmosphere warm and friendly. Would consider this one of my favourite restaurants in the world. A pleasure everytime I have eaten and drank here.

16/03/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante per puro caso, consigliato da un passante a Montecatini terme, ed ha rispecchiato a pieno le nostre esigenze, abbiamo preso dei primi con pasta fatta a mano squisiti, una fiorentina con filetto divina, era da tanto tempo che ne mangiavo una così, panorama mozzafiato e personale super gentile e professionale, bravi davvero!! Peccato che da Misano siete un po' fuori mano, prezzi super onesti da ritornarci più e più volte ancora!!

25/02/2024: We went with 8 people with a 9pm reservation and initially we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the steak, if only it wasn't for the fact that not even at midnight they practically kicked us out in a bad way! Telling us to hurry up and drink the bitters and get up! Incompetent staff! Next time serve the steak first if you're in such a hurry!
