The egg ravioli is metaphysical, the roast risotto excellent.
A cuisine anchored in the past that does not waver. No flights of fancy, but a lot of knowledge and classicism.
Princely service, cellar and sommeliers make the experience a beautiful memory.

Tradition brought towards "haute cuisine" with iconic dishes such as ravioli with truffle and porcini mushrooms. Each course is a journey that starts from Romagna and lands around the world. The rooms are furnished with great taste. Impeccable service

Hamburger ottimo (p.s. io li prendo anche vuoti perché li facciamo a casa), e tutto il cibo molto curato. Un plauso particolare al pignoletto consigliato dal Papà che mi ha detto che era molto buono... e infatti aveva ragione. Ottimo pignoletto.

01/04/2024: Lunch on the go with the family: so much quality and care in raw materials and cooking is immediately noticeable in the tasty and fresh burgers. The service was also excellent: we waited very little and the staff was friendly and helpful.

06/04/2024: We went there a few evenings ago, after hearing especially about the spaghetti... and we were really satisfied with everything. Courtesy, pleasant and clean environment and good food. We had a pizza, a sandwich and the carbonara, and it was all great! And to top it off, my daughter, got the mascarpone and said it was EXCEPTIONAL! CONGRATULATIONS GUYS🤗👏

25/03/2024: Premetto che sono napoletana, quindi di pizza ne capisco.
Non è niente di che, ne ho mangiate di migliori ma soprattutto non posso vedere una margherita a 8€ mi dispiace capisco il discorso degli aumenti in generale ma parliamo di ingredienti come pomodoro e mozzarella. E anche il sapore non era il massimo, si sentiva di più l’olio messo sopra a fine cottura.
Poi anche l’impasto non è poi così leggero.
Insomma ce ne è di meglio!!!
Di certo da Bologna non tornerò ad Imola per mangiarla.
