All the products tested were very fresh and of excellent quality. We also go to the Castelli pastry shop to make cakes, which are sublime even without lactose. Keep it up, see you soon!

06/04/2024: Accademia Der Cacio e Pepe ..and located in viale della Pace 7 ..in Zola Predosa.My search for different tastes in the Emilian land brought me to this magnificent restaurant...where you can find true Roman cuisine, with homemade pasta presented in a room with sober furnishings located in a country farmhouse with a veranda and a large garden, where there are also outdoor tables and here there is also a children's menu. Among the dishes to choose from here you will find... crostini, amatriciana, tonnarelli, lamb, porchetta, artichokes alla giudia, chicory, coda alla vaccinara, and romanesco, and tripe. All accompanied...from the Roman tongs to the shovel...with good wines and excellent desserts at the end...the atmosphere is the jovial one of Roman trattorias and the right place for a different and cheerful weekend...come and try me.

03/04/2024: We went one evening for a birthday, fixed menu lunch for the whole table. Very good food: very good first courses, exceptional artichoke appetizers, very hard and cold saltimbocca. Too bad there were menus with the price on the table...a unique rudeness. The waiter who showed us the menu... zero courtesy. While the guys who served were exceptional.

19/02/2024: Industrial oven that also sells retail. Little choice (usually 2 or 3 types of bread, plus, depending on the time, simple crescenta or with cracklings, sometimes even pizza). Excellent quality at more than affordable prices. Warmly recommended.

30/03/2024: WEDNESDAY 27 MARCH we celebrated our son's graduation at the AMEDEA restaurant, an excellent choice I dare say... They met our expectations… Nice environment, excellent welcome from Simone and super friendly and helpful staff! Well done Valentina! 🤗 We ate the balanzoni and I recommend them, they were delicious!

03/04/2024: We went there on March 8th. Nice little place, they let us sit downstairs, the guy was very kind and nice. We took an appetizer divided by a first course for myself and a second course for my partner, a 15 euro wine and two desserts and we spent more than 70 euros. A little too expensive. Good food (I particularly liked the potato and bacon starter) but it doesn't justify the price.

09/02/2024: Visto mille volte e finalmente provato, una volta entrati solo il locale meriterebbe la visita, affascinante salto nel passato, tante memorabilia che circondano gli ospiti. Tavoloni in legno che fanno calore, la proposta del vino è stata centratissima, il tagliere salumi e formaggi ottimo. Torneremo per provare il resto della proposta, servizio gentile e simpatico.

16/03/2024: Locale dotato di un suo fascino. Molto "alla buona". Crescentine e tigelle molto buone così come l'affettato ed i formaggi. Ottimo dessert. Cameriere molto numerose e professionali. Prezzi corretti. Parcheggio facile.

17/03/2024: Having dinner at the Priest's with the abbey in the background... It may have been the spring evening and the lights outside but I really liked the external aspect. The interior is very particular and dedicated to jazz as well as the very pleasant sound coming out in the background. Large tables well separated from each other so you don't have that "eat together" feeling that is found in many places. A la carte meat or vegetarian menu... I had a delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses with tigelle, a "tagliata", side dish of vegetables, fried potatoes and pistachio ice cream, still red house wine. It was the first time and hats off to everything excellent. Very friendly table staff. Average affordable price, I will definitely come back!

17/03/2024: My partner and I did the Magnificat tasting which includes a tour of the estate in the company of the very nice Letizia complete with an excellent lunch (starter, first course, second course, dessert and 4 wine tastings). Welcoming and fun staff, excellent food and wines, it feels like home. Many compliments to Letizia as she presented herself to us as an authentic and spontaneous person, she involved us in telling us the story of her company and her family. We will definitely be back.

01/10/2023: Per quanto si possa pensare inflazionata e eccessivamente popolare per portare un buon prodotto, la Cremeria Vecchia Stalla, a qualche passo dalle due torri, mantiene tutte le promesse. Scelta variegata di gusti con alta qualità. Consistenza decisamente cremosa (non acquosa). Prezzo (per gli standard di Bologna) neanche troppo eccessivo. Cioccolata nel cono. Ottimo!
