10/03/2024: Small restaurant but with high level cuisine! Fish is the strong point here but they do not disdain meat dishes or traditional Italian cuisine. Hospitality as accurate as the mis en place. Very precise explanation of the dishes. I chose the fish-based tasting menu with 2 first courses and 3 main courses. Well presented and with tastes and flavor combinations that made the difference. The name of the place is perfect: "greedy group" in which priority is not given to gigantic portions but to fair portions and with delicate and pleasant flavors to remember. The selection of crudités is fantastic. The wine list is excellent. Exceptional value for money!!! After a first approach to a new restaurant I always ask myself: would I like to go back? The response was positively immediate because there are so many other things I would like to try!!!

30/03/2024: Really too slow, wrong working method. If you want to eat in this place, arm yourself with good patience and don't tell the staff because they don't understand. Obviously I will never go back there again!

18/02/2024: 40 minutes for a cold starter and two fried moleche and almost 2 hours for the main course. Dear owners of Saraghina, it may happen that the deadlines are exceeded. If you admit it, the customer will be understanding but if you treat them with disdain, they will never come back. The customer is not always right but when he is, he must admit it.

07/04/2024: The refuge is definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere and the different experience it gives you. We went to the restaurant where the cover charge was partially justified by the beauty of the room and the plates and glasses used (although 5 euros would be a more correct figure). The staff is very kind and helpful. The biggest criticism I make is for the cuisine. If you place the dishes in that price range, they have to be worth that price and that is not the case. I found the meat raw and not of top quality (lots of sinew and not very tender), vegetables thrown there just for decoration but inedible as they were not treated or seasoned, accompanying sauces not exceptional. I recommend it, yes, but not for the food as the primary motivation.

01/04/2024: We had lunch at the restaurant, a decidedly suggestive place... The waiters were very kind and the food was good, unfortunately €7 per cover is a bit much, the bill was also high.....

31/03/2024: Finding myself on the road I stopped at this pizzeria restaurant, upon entering I was immediately struck by the place, and it seemed to me like I was going back in time, on the wall there are many photographs from the 20's, 30's and 40's, then there are many gadget., the very kind owner found me a table, very nice like all the staff., I had a pizza., ascolana., but there are so many, it was excellent, light dough and well supplied, I was satisfied in all, congratulations.!!

02/02/2024: Dinner when Ferrara is at its hottest and you enter a restaurant that is cool, a good start to a dinner. Ate a very good and pleasant dinner. Good ingredients and flavors. The wine was wonderful as was the Amaro. The service was impeccable, the staff unobtrusive but helpful. Will be happy to return. July 2023
